Recently my Furnace did not work and Derek Phung employee # 2393 came by and fixed my furnace, I was so pleased with the efficiency and great customer service, I would like him to come back the next time to service my furnace and air conditioning needs in the future. Technician David Tran from FlanAir arrived promptly and repaired our leaking water heater. He was polite and seamed very knowledgeable... we would certainly recommend him to family and friends...great job.

I had this strange noise coming from the furnace or water heater. It was there for about 3 weeks and it was very annoying special at nights. I called my water heater company reliance home comfort and tech named Mehul was here. He heard the noise and right away knew the problem. He replaced the motor on top of water heater. while he was here, he also checked the other components and did the service as well. First time someone showed me how to change the temperature on this water heater. New motor is so quite; i am going to have a really good sleep after long time. Thanks for the great service Mehul and of course Reliance.

My water heater kept turning off.. Reliance service man Saleem Malik ID # 2467 was professional and pleasant to deal with. He went above and beyond to identify the issue and fix quickly.

Leland the technician was friendly and effective. Since the furnace was rented, the work didn't cost anything, but the quoted price of nearly $600 for a plastic cover and 1 hour labour (other than the time to pick up the part) was highly inflated.
