    AC service

    Bill was the technician who serviced my AC unit today. He is friendly and did a good job. He also provided relevant advices and recommendations. I would definitely consider Reliance for future services and maintenance.

    Main water valve repair

    Main water/intake needed replacement. It was done quickly and professionally. Reliance always provide reliable service.

    Reliance Annual Maintenance

    Ryan came on time and with a great attitude and demeanour as usual. Gave my helpful insights to keep my equipment running smoothly and did a thorough check of my furnace and A/C.

    Leak Ieak in washroom

    Furnace

    Charles was a pleasure to work with. We have had our furnace break down a couple of times ever since we moved in, he immediately found the problem which was the thermostat that was causing the issue.

    Shot job

    You people took a week to give me the service I had fight multiple people on the just to get your company to agree to fix my hot water problem. I got hung up on at many many times. They put us on hold and made us wait till our phones died.. I was left with no hot water for one week the bill was paid but your company could not fix it. And it still is not fixed. You can bet my bills will be left unpaid till you people learn some customer service..

    New AC and Furnace installed

    An excellent experience from the time of appointment with Joe for a quote and to the time the AC and Furnace was installed. Mike, Ben and Herprit did a great job in installing my AC and Furnace they are very polite and kind. Joe the home comfort advisor is very honest and trustworthy very professional. I highly recomend Reliance and these guys.
