    Service on Tankless water heater

    9/26 3 pm tech Brandon from sub "Spectrum" came. No clue on what he was doing. Poorly cleaned ignitors with steel wool I provided. Left after telling me to have unit descaled. 9/27 8:30 am Reliance tech Adam BEA1234 cleaned ignitors & entire unit. Very professional. Lots of good advice. Thanks

    Service

    David Tran from Flan~Air was amazing. Fast service and had the part that I needed with him and got it fixed right away. Very friendly and polite. Clean with the job too. Very happy with the service I received.

    service for furnace

    furnace wouldn't startup. Thanks to Ryan #1558 found the problem quickly and professionally due to a dead squirrel that went down the vent and needless to say the decomposed little body was soon disposed of. Super warranty on our furnace . Thanks Ryan for such a strong stomach..

    Furnace Inspection

    Reliance is one of many services I have, however anytime I have called Reliance I speak to a human and will state that is great. I must further state they are by far the best service company I have ever dealt with. THANKYOU Ross Park London Ontario

    furnance maintenance

    hooked up with this company for small monthly fee for seasonal maintenance and any problems with furnace. Another company gave free estimate of $580 to prepare furnace for season. Great Savings already!

    furnace & a/c rental

    Murray, the sales rep was punctual & well versed in his field. He answered all our questions & concerns on rental vs purchase& equipment& helped us get the best deal for our money. The techs(John & his team) who did the installation were punctual & efficient, very professional. They answered all our questions & showed us how everything worked. They also cleaned up afterward. OVERALL, VERY IMPRESSED SO FAR. Murray also came on installation day to check if all was up to our expectations. Much appreciated!

    Service on Furnice & A/C Unit

    The serviceman, Ron, could not have done a better job. I'm a P. Eng. (Electrical) and realize when I receive a job well done. Cost of service is included with a yearly agreement. Thanks H Holm

    New furnace and AC

    Thank you for the good service especially the two installers Luc and Cory. They where very good at what they do and both very nice to talk to. I had to deal with Claudette at the main office, she was very efficient and helpful.

    Checks on Hot Water Boiler/Furnace Last visit reparied A/C unit

    Hi I have Reliance Home Comfort program on my furnace and air conditioner. I have used them for the past 7 years or so. The technicians coming to my house have been excellent. I think I can rate them 8 stars . Because I think they should have a standard replacement program to replace my hot water boiler before it springs a leak, not wait until it does. Say after 10 years rental they replace it. However , based on my service I would recommend them.

    Water Heater

    What a frigging joke. These guys are a bunch of clowns. First they show up at 2:00 and decide NOT to install the water heater. They ask me when would be a good time to return the next day: I say 12:00 and they say they'll be back between 12 and 4. I stay home from 11:30 to 4:30 and they don't show up. As I am leaving the house at 4:45, they finally show up and seem surprised when I say 'no'. They say their schedule sheet calls for delivery between 4:00 and 8:00! Idi*ots! RELIANCE NEEDS MORE COMPETITION. This is the only way to make them responsible.
