What a frigging joke. These guys are a bunch of clowns. First they show up at 2:00 and decide NOT to install the water heater. They ask me when would be a good time to return the next day: I say 12:00 and they say they'll be back between 12 and 4. I stay home from 11:30 to 4:30 and they don't show up. As I am leaving the house at 4:45, they finally show up and seem surprised when I say 'no'. They say their schedule sheet calls for delivery between 4:00 and 8:00! Idi*ots! RELIANCE NEEDS MORE COMPETITION. This is the only way to make them responsible.

We choose Reliance from 3 other companies. Professional quotation, service and warranty. They called when they told us they would call. They showed-up to do the work on schedule. They explained the work they did and showed us how to work both units. I would recommend them to friends, family and co-workers. The government rebates will follow and we have a worry free furnace and central air unit for our new home.

Our rental hot water heater malfunctioned on Sunday night. We were pleased to be able to go online and schedule an appointment for the next day. After the service personal left, we found that the original problem had not been remedied. Another call and a new person arrived Tuesday AM. He assured us that it was now fixed. Alas, not so. An hour after he left, we were in the same fix as previous. Again, an appointment was scheduled for later the same day. A third service person, Steve Danchak, finally found the problem and finally fixed it. He was quick, courteous, professional and kind enough to leave his personal cell # in case the problem returned. Hurray for Steve! If future need arrises, we'll ask for him BY NAME.

I had a fullscale retro install done at my home with a SmartAir furnace, air conditioner and new Water Heater. Right from Beth (HCA) the sales rep to the installers, Jeff (1023) and Bill (1098) and the two that installed the Water Heater which unfortunately I did not get the names of, it was an incredibly competent and efficient job. Jeff and Bill attended at my house prior to the install in order to measure and see if they could install without cutting in the drywall ceiling. As it turned out, it was a bigger job than anticipated but they did the job with the least amount of inconvenience. As well, they accommodated my husband's work schedule and completed all of the installation in one day working from 9 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. in the evening to make sure we have heat and water. They thoroughly explained the system to me and left my house in a very clean manner. I am very pleased that I chose Reliance to do this job and would have no hesitation in recommending Reliance to anyone.

excellent service from tech wally very prompt solved problem in short order would recommend this company to anyone. Found that all aspects of the company run smoothly from taking my call to having service before time given. Found Technician to be very polite and friendly. Thanks again Wally for the great service. Have been approached by other Companies to switch over to them but will remain faithful to Reliance

Derek Phung (Employee 2393) arrived at 8.00 p.m., and did a superb job of maintenance and cleaning . . . even sealing off some joints in our furnace which were leaking air. He was quick, competent and cheerful. Hope we can get Derek again.

Great same day service from Reliance Home Comfort! Aman (#2379) and Wes (#2380) did a great job replacing my hot water tank in approx. one hour. They were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks for your help!

Rental hot water tank install. 2nd attempt (1st person didn't have appropriate tool). Great work. Super friendly guy. Ran into some snags but didn't want me to have to take more time off work, so he made it happen. Thanks employee #1763.

Tom Gianitsopulos was very helpful in helping me understand the savings involved in upgrading to a high efficiency furnace. I would highly recommend him and reliance to anyone interested in getting a new furnace.

Today we had a Technician Joey (Employee # 977) from Reliance Home comfort. He had done a fantastic job to replace the water Tank and put the new vent which is approximate 20 ft He is very professional and hard working guy. Initially 4 technicians came from Reliance to see work and they were advising to cut the dry wall but as per my minimum knowledge i did not agreed to cut the dry wall. Finally Joey done this fantastic job without cutting drywall Good luck to him
