Conversation started today 9:36am Ed Marion To Linda Pezzolitte (Manager), Betty Burton (Sales Rep.) and Keith our installer, I (Ed Marion) and my mother-in-law Marjorie Lee, would like to send our thanks and gratitude to your response in your aid and assistance. We were not even sure if we would get out of the so called contract with OEG, Ontario Energy Group, that forced their way into my mother's home. With the information that Betty Burton gave us about the 10 day cooling off period, which Mom did not know about, the CTV news clip, and finally the call from Linda about fixing the situation at hand, gave us a renewed outlook toward Reliance. We managed to get out of the contract with OEG, and the illegal installation of the hot water tank, which they had removed after multiple phone calls and e-mails. With the professionalism of your installer Keith, not only did he put in the tank in, he installed the tank to code, which not only stats the fact of what your company stands for. More than I can say for the other company that just did the job and got out so they could insure the contract, especially before the 10 day cooling off period. I will and would let anyone that is looking for someone to install a new furnace, hot water tank, to have Reliance Home Heating and Cooling come and do the job because of the CARE AND PROFESSIONALISM that you provide. Bryan came promptly on a holiday Monday when my water heater had stopped making hot water, only warm. He clearly explained my options, and together helped me arrive at the best solution for this house at this time. He worked swiftly and answered a question I had about another appliance in a clear and educational way. It was an easy, helpful client experience. Technicians John and Mike, were excellent. They arrived as scheduled on the day of installation and made all the necessary repairs or updates from our old system as they installed the new. They also answered all questions I had and gave a thorough demonstration of how to use the equipment. Thanks for the great service

I request a quote from Reliance and had Tom one of their reps who came over Tom was very patient and knowledgeable in this field as he went into details for both the equipment and also on the cost factor for replacement.I was pleased with his explanation and all the variables that come with this , and will recommend him to any one . I look forward to doing business with the company in the future under Tom's guidance.

Steve Danchak (ID# 1502) was prompt, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He had our hot water heater up and running in minutes and with little disruption to our family. We so appreciate that Reliance was able to service our heater on a Saturday! Thanks very much..

Ringo Lau (#2466) was extremely helpful, he arrived very fast, even late at night, and fixed our hotwater tank very quickly, and we weren't charged anything. I would highly recommend this company to others.

Very pleased with how efficient and courteous Ioanna is. Had 2 other companies out both sent men, Ioanna was much more detailed at explaining so I could better understand how it all works. I would recommend ioanna to anyone.

No hot water. Service technician (Rick) was superb. Problem solved. He was punctual and efficient, providing us with useful information for future planning. I would not hesitate in recommending the service we received.

Technician Shawn #0540 was very professional and indicated just how long he expected to be working on our system. A major new part was required for our air conditioning unit and this was speedily delivered the day after a previous technician discovered a fault. The repairs were done very satisfactorily and the work area was left beautifully clean; we are very pleased.

I was very impressed with the prompt, friendly and professional attention I received from my service representative, Amy Anderer. After inspecting and measuring, she thoroughly explained all my options and what I could expect during the installation. As well, Amy informed me about the rebate programs available. The installation team did a great job, on time, and Amy followed up to make sure I was satisfied with everything. I highly recommend Amy to my friends.
