My husband and I, both veteran skeptics, learned a lot in the 2 hours we spent with Ioanna M. today. Not only was she personable, authentic and down-to-earth, she understood what we want and left us with the information we need to make an informed decision on our own time. Thank you, Ioanna.

The service tech was on time called to confirm the time. He was very nice knew his job in and out in no time. The service was very good we will call again

Norman Wong went above and beyond our expectations on this job, as did the installers. Norman was quick to respond to our inquiries, provided us with updates along the way, and went out of his way to help us get this work done on time and on budget. We highly recommend Norman and Reliance Home Comfort.

Jeff Parsons came by our house to give us an estimate on a few things including a new AC system and furnace. He spent a solid two hours going over every little detail without putting any pressure on us. It was a great experience and we will not hesitate to go with their services.

Derek (2393) was very professional & did a first class job, I would recommend him to anyone who requires work done to their home appliances, if Derek is an example of the staff employed by Reliance Home Comfort, they appear to be a company who I will enjoy doing business with. Iain.

I do not believe in the Reliance program or concept. HOWEVER, I had their service fellow Jason (0829) out here this morning to repair our HW tank and he did a GREAT JOB...!!

Tehcnician Chris De Gouveia arrived at the agreed time. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He quickly knew what to look for and fixed the problem promptly. It was such a relief, as our A/C stopped working Friday night at the beginning of a long weekend... but Chris fixed everything and Saturday before lunch things were already back to normal. Great experience, and money well spent.

Two installers by the name of Mike and brad came in and took out my crapping quiet side tankless waterheater and replaced it with a new conventional one. They were fast, friendly, and cleaned up my basement after. Mike explained all the instructions to me after. Thank you guys.

Joey D (#977) arrived as per schedule to replace a aged water heater - he explained everything - was neat, clean, covered all carpets and was very efficiently done - he also explained other services Reliance offers

We're actually renting our new system. Reliance has some great deals right now including first 10 months free! Jeff (1023) and Bill S (1098) were punctual and did a great job. They explained in detail how to operate new thermostat and all the different parts of the furnace as well. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the area after job completed...very neat ....two thumbs up!
