    Service Call

    Our hot water tank was not doing its job. We called Reliance on Monday evening and a technician by the name of Tom arrived the next morning. After a quick inspection, he resolved the issue without further delay. We are extremely pleased with the efficient and prompt response.

    furnace Service Maintenance

    Maintenance guy Mr Luis, (110602) is avery polite and friendly. He did the maintenance check up in my house twice already and we are satisfied on his work. He will always show us the parts that has been replaced or changed.

    Water Tank Short Cycling

    HWT is short cycling due to intermittent sensors... will have to wait until problem has totally failed. Technician very knowledgeable and courteous. AR Dupuis

    Fixed my split electrical outlets

    I blew an outlet running both my Airfryer and Coffee maker. Resetting the circuit breaker did not help. I'd had a second outlet that I never used that was also down. Chase came in (on time), and fixed it up, explained how the breakers work for this and now all my plugs are working! It was a great experience. I'd definitely recommend this company in Ottawa

    Water Heater

    I'm the home owner. Relince came and replaced the water heater upon tenants complain and charging the owner for the unit-Totally unacceptable..Highway robery. Be carefluu in dealing with Reliance

    Water Softener/Water Treatment

    My husband and I were impressed with the no pressure approach from a knowledgeable, professional who informed us what we needed and why. Todd made the process easy, walked us through everything and we found him to be an asset to your company. We would gladly deal with Reliance again based on our experience with Todd.

    Furnace

    Your technician was fantastic probably the best personality of any one I have met in a long time. And very very good at his job. On a scale from 1 to 10 10 being the best score. He would get a 10 in every category. Thank You once again

    Hot water tank replacement/service

    I had an older natural gas water heater replaced this morning by Morgan and Keith. They did an amazing job. They were courteous, polite and very professional. They went over and above to ensure that they left the area clean and dry. I would highly recommend Reliance and these two technicians.
