    Repair

    We own a Bed & Breakfast. We had 2 couples with their 2 children staying last Saturday night and at 4:00 PM we discovered we had no hot water. Called Reliance and with the help of their help desk and their concern for our guests, they arranged for a service man (Rick) to come out (35 minute rural drive one way) and repair our tank and all done before 8:00 PM when we would have normally been on a Sunday schedule. Our hats are off to their attention to making our guests scheduled stay with hot water happen and for us not having to take a substantial reduction in our accommodation fees! Thanks again Reliance Home Comfort!

    hot water tank repair

    The technician Steve from Flan Air came to fix my leaking hot water tank. Firstly, Steve came on time and I did not waste my whole day waiting around for him. He was very kind and informative. He did not make me feel like I did not know anything like other technicians have. He put me at ease, and was very professional. I am very happy with Steve's performance. He really knows what he's talking about and taught me a lot about my hot water tank. Thanks Steve!

    Air Conditioner repair

    We rent our a/c unit through Reliance and just yesterday we had no air circulation. I called this morning at 9am and Adam #6707 was at my home by 2pm to evaulate the problem. Turns out our furnace needed a new circuit board. Adam called around to find the part and was back again at 5.30pm and the repair was complete by 6pm. Adam also explained the costs and offered me their furnace and airconditioning coverage, which gave me an immediate discount on the cost of the fixing of the furnace I am very grateful to have the a/c back on line within one day and very pleased with the level of service by Adam today and also by Reliance on the whole

    repairing leak in air conditioner

    Back on July 2nd, John Saliba Sr. Service Technician came out to fix a leak in my air conditioner. My initial service call was on June 31st. At that time John did a thorough analysis of the system and realized that the leak was outside my home. He isolated the outside unit, filled it with nitrogen and explained to me that he would leave the unit off for a couple days and personally come back to see if the unit has lost pressure, which would indicate the presence of a leak. John is very professional, a man of his word and a very skilled technician.

    A/C

    We had are A/C installed on Monday July 8/13 by a man named Ken he did great work and was a very nice guy and Tim the sales rep was very nice as well. I am so glad that we went with Reliance for are A/C as well as our hot water tank. :) Thanks Reliace

    Air Conditioner

    Over the years I've had the pleasure of having Reliance techs in my home. Each time they were nothing short of fantastic. They are always polite and knowledgeable. Today I had Ryon Wells in my home. He quickly had my air conditioning up and running after a local contractor fumble up the job and spend more time trying to sell me a new unit rather than addressing the issue. Ryon and the other techs at Reliance remind me that there are still some good people out there. Many thanks to Ryon...for taking the time to do things right...you made our day.

    Hot Water Heater

    Service

    I called Delta HVAC Inc. when my air conditioner wasn't working. Fearing a major cost of replacing the air conditioner, I was relieved when it just needed a new fan. The technician, Dave, was also very professional and courteous and solved the problem in a timely manner.

    Air Conditioning service on Plus Plan

    Definite 5 stars for Jason (#3172). Not only did he fix the problem, he also explained how to prevent it in future. AND OVER AND ABOVE THE CALL!!! He found a dead bird by the compressor unit and very kindly bagged it up for me so I wouldn't have to look at it. Thanks, Jason - much appreciated!! Unfortunately, when I initially booked the service call, the operator told me I was scheduled for Saturday. I waited all morning Saturday and called twice to see if I could get an approximate time. I was told twice that the call was scheduled and the tech would be there by 1pm. When I called the third time, I was told the call was scheduled for Sunday. I was not happy about that. I waited from 8 am till 2:30 pm because the first operator made a mistake (OK, but...) the next 2 operators couldn't be bothered to check, just gave the standard response. Thanks to Edward on the 3rd call for doing the work.
