Repair
We own a Bed & Breakfast. We had 2 couples with their 2 children staying last Saturday night and at 4:00 PM we discovered we had no hot water. Called Reliance and with the help of their help desk and their concern for our guests, they arranged for a service man (Rick) to come out (35 minute rural drive one way) and repair our tank and all done before 8:00 PM when we would have normally been on a Sunday schedule. Our hats are off to their attention to making our guests scheduled stay with hot water happen and for us not having to take a substantial reduction in our accommodation fees! Thanks again Reliance Home Comfort!
