Our water heater tank needs to be replaced since it was shutting off on its own and it's 10 years already so the warranty is over. We called Reliance Home Comfort to rent a tank instead. Kory and Jay came to do the tank replacement and they were very fast & efficient. They made sure nothing is damaged while carrying the tanks (old & new). They did a great job.

With a humidex rating of 44 degrees centigrade, our air conditioning suddenly stopped working. We called Reliance Home Comfort and in less than 2 hours, a service technician was at our door! Within minutes, Rick (Employee #0801) professionally identified the problem and promptly made the necessary repairs! In an era where quality service is unfortunately the exception than the norm, Rick sets the bar of excllence! Knowledgeable, friendly and proficient, he represents Reliance Home Comfort with distinction. Thanks for a job well done! I had an excellent service call from a reliance tech. He called ahead of time, showed up promptly and even had special boot coverings to ensure my house was kept clean. Just wanted to thank Larry and Reliance for the great service.

AC wasnt working so I called 3 well known companies for assistance. Tom G from Reliance came over and explained my options. After meeting all 3 companies, I chose Reliance because I found them the most honest, helpful and affordable. I definitely recommend Reliance over their competitors.

This was my first experience directly with Reliance in person. My air conditioner was giving me issues on the hottest day of the year. The person who took my call at the call centre was very reassuring and answered immediately unlike other major companies where I had to wait 45min-1hour. She even said that "we proactively try to push up appointments as they become available". Within an hour, Tom G. arrived at my door. I never am one to register online to write a review on service unless I was completely blown away. Tom was very polite, professional, friendly, and very experienced. In all my customer service experiences, this one by far was the best. I previously dealt with another major utility company for the last time for HVAC repair or consultation. I will spread the word. Thank you Tom and thank you Reliance. You made my day.
