    Problem with A/C (no cold air) . Called Reliance to schedule a service appointment. Gary Mitchell from CAS called to confirm the appointmnet , showed up on time and did a very good job to get the A/C working again. He was professional and efficient in his work and conmpletly clean the work area after he finished . The service was covered under our home protection plan.

    Furnace-Air Conditioner

    Dean Timpany was very easy to deal with and worked around our Schedule. We were shown all the options we need to know as well the benefits for to the options. We look forward to a clean install and start our Energy savings.

    Repair rental water heater

    Re Technician: Ed #8255 Water heater on rental, and the repair was no cost to us. Repairman very efficient and pleasant. Water heater repaired quickly and with no mess! A very pleasant and satisfying transaction. Many thanks.

    AC leaking

    My home AC refrigerant was leaking, the technicians Bruce (Employee Number 3158) checked the system and fixed it within around one hour. He was very professional and skilled, and I am very satisfied with his service. But I had some issues with the call center, they scheduled my appointment on Monday, I took half day off, nobody showed up, and I had to call and reschedule it to Tuesday.

    Delivery person

    Kylee MacCormack was the deliver person for our rented wall furnace.Employee #1924.She was very polite and friendly.Did everything to get it here on time .Very nice to see summer student with such interest and care in her job.I would give her a 10.

    A/C not working

    Joe Donofrio was punctual, thoroughly outlined the possible problems, gave me his plan of attack, then came back and finished the job. Thorough, honest, focused, pleasant to deal with. I trust him....and that cannot be said about many service people. Very respectful and polite,

    Hotwater Tank Repair

    David from Fanair was very respectable and was very courteous. I missed my appointment time slot and he willingly turned around and came back to fix the job. Thank you David!

    Air Conditioning Install

    We called on Saturday to inquire about getting a new air conditioning unit. I spoke with Mario to get the info and later in the day when we decided we would go with his company I called him back and he was able to get the install done on Monday. Kory and Rob arrived Monday afternoon as planned, installed the AC unit and left no mess behind. Name of the company was Canadian Air Systems. I found them to be quick and efficient. Would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

    Hot water Tank Repair

    Called Reliance due to a leaking Pressure Relief Valve on a Rented Hot Water Tank. Service advised 3-4 hour wait for a technician, Jason #1762 arrived within 30 minutes very courteous and confirmed the problem as well as a malfunctioning Gas and Water Shut Off Valve. All the work was performed within an hour clean professional and frankly Very Pleasantly Surprised ! Keep up the great work.

    A/C repair

    Nathan, the HVAC technician repaired my a/c very quickly. He is going to return to complete the repair next week. Nathan was very professional and knows his job very well.
