    Water Heater Rental

    They gave me a window of time for the repair and the rep (Steve Danchak) was here "in window", very friendly and put up with my hovering while he quickly and professionally fixed the water heater in under twenty minutes. Considering buying a furnace from them now with service like that. Thanks!

    cleaning and checking furnace

    I was very happy with the check up. I felt the serviceman was thorough and truthful. Following two days I got a phone call from a salesperson saying I needed a new furnace. I told him I was ill that day. He kept on and on and I almost had to hang up. I felt it was harrassment. I called Reliance to complain and felt the girl was not in the least interested in my phone call. I was very disappointed.

    furnace installation

    Our old furnace was near end of life. The Reliance Home Comfort Advisor Reinaldo Platero helped us evaluated and explained the pros of the new energy saved furnace which we being used now. We are happy with the new furnace. It keeps room temperature evenly. Also we need to mention that who took care of the application of rebate does not give enough effort to her/his job. Both first and last names were spelled wrong. It took us time to get it fixed. Another issue we need to mention is that when we decided to install the new furnace, we had furnace protection plan. On the purchase contract Reinaldo put "cancel protection plan", we were told it would be cancelled right away when the new furnace installed. Apparently it didn't cancelled until we called your customer services. We also paid the extra cost of the gap.

    Air conditioner

    Great service from Canadian air systems. They got us up and running in no time in the midst of a heat wave. We have 2 small kids. The technicians kory,rob,Jon were very professional and skilled. The other company dispatched was not as organized and showed no rush to fix the problem.

    Hot water tanks

    Kermit McKenzie of Reliance Home Comfort is AMAZING! I run a seniors retirement home and have 50 units. Whenever we have an issue Kermit always ensure we are well serviced. He is attentive to the needs of the seniors. We are so pleased with Reliance and the personal service Kermit provides for the seniors!

    AC Tune Up

    Unbelievable unimpressed with the overall service and customer care from Reliance. First off, I had not confirmed an appointment for the AC tune up yet a technician was at my house waiting for me unsuspectingly. I had to leave work to meet the technician. Second off, the technician kept trying to push Reliance's protection for furnaces and AC units. In fairness, the technician did a good job at walking through the inspection and pointing out tips for any future problems. However, he kept pushing this maintenance program. To get him to stop pushing it, I told him to send me some information on it. Apparently in the eyes of the technician and Reliance, that means I opted to enrol in the program even though my paperwork said otherwise. I can't stress how unimpressed I am with Reliance and the service that I received and how they tried to fraudulently sign me into a maintenance program. I even followed up with a customer care person from Reliance to which they offered nothing other than to cancel the maintenance program. Unfortunately I have a rental hot water heater from Reliance which will be replaced in the near future so I can avoid having to deal with this company ever again. If you decide to use Reliance - be very careful and always check your bills and invoices to make sure you are paying for everything you agreed to and no extra charges showed up!

    Service

    I signed up for A/C service & Derek Phung (Emp # 2393) was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was very thorough and provided a lot of advice during his visit. Keep up the good work!

    hot water tank

    We noticed rust on our hot water tank and were worried about it breaking we called Reliance for service,John#1485 was sent out and he replaced the tank and installed new venting. This was all done within 2 hours. Thank you for the speedy service.

    A/C Service

    Peter came to look at my A/C. Peter was fantastic. He tried his best to fix the unit. He had it going and then took the time to clean it. and provide new electrical connections. After he spent quite a bit of time he started it up again. The compressor died on him and in the end I will need to get a new unit. However, I was very pleased with the service provided by Peter and would recommend him to anyone. Mark

    replaced furnace and A/C unit

    Chris Z. and Kory were friendly and professional. They were able to answer all our questions and did a great job at installing the items. I recommend Reliance to everyone.
