Called around 10 am as my furnace was making a continuous clicking noise while running. The repair was scheduled for after 4 pm. Received a call around 11 am stating the repairman could come now. He showed up, slipped covers on his boots to protect my floors (which is awesome), and proceeded to check the furnace. Ryon, the repairman, deduced I needed a part and proceeded to call to get the part. He told me the part would be in tomorrow and asked "Are you sure you'll be alright without heat tonight?". How nice can you get? Very pleased with his manners and his concern over my comfort :) Ryon gave me his card and went to his next call.

This is a company you could depend on. A qualified technician (Meg) who came just on time, did her best to finish everything in a proper manner and was very professional in communicating what she did and what should we do to get the best out of our AC. Thanks a lot and looking forward to see you again in September for the furnace tune up.

Andrew came to my door yesterday and offered me a wonderful deal on a new heating and cooling system for my house yesterday. He was informative and very helpful. I will have no problem dealing with Reliance Home Comfort if everyone in the organization is as knowledgeable and caring as Andrew. I just signed the contract yesterday and will have a new furnace and air conditioner by Tuesday!! I AM EXCITED!! Thanks Reliance Home Comfort!!

Jeff and Tony went above and beyond. They arrived on time both days. Mats were put down to keep the place clean. They cleaned up after themselves when they were finished. Everything was explained to me from how they had to install (it was a complicated install) to how everything worked. They were also both very polite.

We recently purchased an A/C from Reliance, Reinaldo was our Sales Rep. From sales to installation the whole experience was very smooth and professional. My wife and I would absolutely recommend Reinaldo and Reliance to any of our friends and relatives.

Steve (I.D. # 1502) arrived at the scheduled time. He was knowledgeable and professional. Steve was able to figure out the problem and replace the required part in a very short period of time. Steve also educated me on my current furnace and suggested preventative measures to decrease the possiblity of the problem occuring again. Overall I was extremely satisfied with the service I received from the time I picked up the phone to book an appointment thru to the end of the service call. Thank you so much!

Woke up to lukewarm water in the shower, called Reliance, service agent appeared promptly at 7 PM, issue diagnosed and fixed on the spot in under 10 minutes. Awesome service from David, the agent from Flan Air. Friendly, fast, and courteous.

I was very pleased with the help of technician Steve D., (Id.1502) in getting my home heated after advising me to make sure the airflow was evenly distributed. It made a huge difference.
