    12 point inspection furnace and AC

    John Saliba called me first at 7:45am on Sat. May 18/13 to advise that he would be arriving in approximately 15 minutes. (my appointment was for from 8-1pm). I was impressed that I was the first person on his list. When he arrived, he donned his little house slippers and he first inspected the theremostat (first item on the list) then we proceeded downstairs to do the furnace first. I had a list of the 12 points he was to cover in his inspection and he went through each one point by point. (He also very kindly gave me a new filter - the correct size (which apparently I hadn't been using previously) - then we proceeded to the backyard to look at the AC. We went through the 12 point list again (some of which had already been done via the furnace). I found him to be the consummate professional but very easygoing and informative at the same time. John also pointed out that my humidifier on the furnace should be switched to off now (summer time) but showed me where the thermostat should be in the wintertime (so that I will know for next winter). He also recommended the basic plan for both my furnace and my AC so that I get whatever might break down fixed going forward. All in all, John was a pleasure to have in my house - he was friendly, extremely punctual and, as mentioned before, very helpful and informative. Thank you, John. :) *represents 60% off discount on both services; therefore, my total price was $95.20 + tax.

    hvac

    good, fast and clean service. friendly and knowledgeable technician. explain the job fully before starting to do the job so there is no surprises. i will recommend reliance to everyone i know.

    hot water tank

    canadian air systems attended my rental property after a disastrous visit by another vendor referred by Reliance. The service technician Kory was professional, courteous, technically sound and service oriented. Kory reestablished credibility lost by the first vendor and he was able to explain the issues and offer multiple solutions in a clear manner. He is definitely an asset to Canadian Air Systems & Reliance as Kory instills confidence. I would use Canadian Air Systems again and will recommend them to my friends and professional peers. Well done Reliance for partnering with a firm that employs the best!!

    air conditioner and furnace tune-up

    Took advantage of Reliance's 60% discount on furnace and air conditioner tune-up as we've never had this performed since we moved into our current house 5 years ago. Nathan, our service representative, was very friendly and professional. Too his time to check everything out and explained any issues and ways to problem shoot in the future. Overall, extremely happy I did this.

    Hot water heater

    I was having problems with my hot water tank. I booked a service call with a Reliance service contractor. Richard from delta heating and cooling showed up on time and corrected the problem with the hot water.

    air conditioner

    John Bielas was very considerate and helpful throughout the process of the installation of our central air conditioner. He was here in 2012 gave us a quote and we just not ready. John was polite and friendly and asked If he could call back in the spring. So when he called back he followed up with and updated quote and we proceeded. John then came when the installers where here to see if everything was okay. Thank You

    Air Conditioner

    Robert (#11910) arrived on time for the service call and within a short period of time, he had diagnosed the problem (a part which needed replacement) and some obstruction on the back and side of my A/C unit. The part was quickly replaced and he offered detailed information on how to keep the unit free of pollen by occasionally and very simply washing down any debris from the sides of the unit with my garden hose....something I never knew I should be doing. Overall, good job and great customer service. Denis

    furnace rental toronto

    we called reliance for our furnace issue., a tech from Canadian air systems named jon arrived and advised us that our furnace would have to be replaced. He showed us rental options though reliance, we took his advise and went on a rental furnace which makes sense since all repairs are covered and as he explained it really is peace of mind thank you jon and Canadian air systems for all you help will tell all my friends and family to call you for all there furnace needs

    no hot water, service was faster then a pizza delivery!

    Called into reliance 1800 number for service on my rental water heater, it was a Saturday morning around 830am,i was advised that a contractor would call with in 1 hour to book a appt, during the time I was on the phone with the rep my call waiting had beeped , switched over and to my surprise John from Canadian Air system was calling to advise he is on route and was 10 min away ( wow, I was shocked, I was worried I would have to stay home all day to have some one come out for service) once John had arrived I then showed him to my water heater, within minutes he knew what the problem was and vent to his truck and replaced the part and advised that we would have hot water in about 1 hour. I really appreciate the fast and very professional service that John has provided, I would recommend John from canadian Air and reliance to everyone..

    furnace repair

    Called around 10 am as my furnace was making a continuous clicking noise while running. The repair was scheduled for after 4 pm. Received a call around 11 am stating the repairman could come now. He showed up, slipped covers on his boots to protect my floors (which is awesome), and proceeded to check the furnace. Ryon, the repairman, deduced I needed a part and proceeded to call to get the part. He told me the part would be in tomorrow and asked "Are you sure you'll be alright without heat tonight?". How nice can you get? Very pleased with his manners and his concern over my comfort :) Ryon gave me his card and went to his next call.
