    Water tank

    The tech (Matt #1920) was friendly, on time, worked diligently, and even explained what the job entailed and the steps he was taking. I couldn't happier with the work and customer service. Thank you.

    Install tankless water heater

    John # 1485 Arrived promptly and on schedule, worked quickly, left no mess, (laid down walking mats through house) was courteous and knowledgeable. Explained the workings of new unit and instructions on process for vacation shut down.

    I am very happy with the work that dan and chris did installing my furnace I would recommend them to do the job they did the job fast and very clean.thank you very much.

    Furnace Repair

    Technician Joe gave notice of his ETA, was on time, courteous, diagnosed the problem quickly, effected the repair and had heat back in my home promptly. I consider the cost a bargain.

    Installing/Upgrading Water Tank

    I was advised to upgrade my water tank to a power vented one for a few dollars more per month rather than keeping the previous one which requires my vent connector to have a sleeve put on or its liner be corrected or changed and that would cost me hundreds of dollars. Phoned Reliance and discussed about this. They sent 2 polite, very organized gentlemen Dylan and Jon. They said they are brothers. I believe them because they have similarities. Well, anyway, they are within the scheduled time frame. Jon arrived first and almost did everything from the beginning, emptied the water tank until the cleaning/tidying time. Dylan came in time to help Jon change the tank and to drill the hole from the inside wall of my house in order for the pipe go through outside the house. Just this drilling process alone, Dylan said he was able to waive $100 and this is a big savings for me. He did this without me asking for it. Thank you, Dylan and Jon from Dynasty Air Systems Ltd. on behalf of Reliance Home Comfort for installing my tank and for doing a wonderful job.

    maintenance check on unit

    Meg the technician was very polite. Unit was inspected within 30 minutes. She could not turn air cond. on as it was too cold, said she did not foresee any issues, but if any came up to call. Great Servoce

    Furnace

    On Friday April 19th I arranged a service order as I had no heat in my home and I have the CPP with Reliance. Within an hour the technician called me and advised he could come later that same evening! I told him it was ok as long as he could come in the morning. He advised he would be there the next day between 9-10am. At 9:40am he called and advised he was enroute and was a few minutes way. He arrived before 10am and was able to diagnose the problem and replace the part. The technician (Dave) was fantastic-he was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. He explained in detail what the issue was and what he had done. We are extremely satisfied that our no heat situation was resolved so quickly, I also appreciated the fact I was able to reach someone promptly at the call centre to book my order and keep me informed about my service work order. THANK YOU RELIANCE-EXCELLENT JOB FROM BEGINNING TO END!

    Hot Water Tank

    I had problems with my vent pipes. Joseph advised me what to do. He has been the most helpful service person I've encountered in years. If I ever need service from Reliance I hope he is the person available for the call. Barbara from Brantford

    yearly maintnance,furnace,hot water tank

    The lady (Amber #1620) that came over to clean was super nice and polite. She did a really super job!! I asked her if she could clean the rest of my house. She deserves a raise!!! Thank you

    CHANGED PRESSURE VALVE

    VERY NICE YOUNG FELLOW MATT DID THE WORK ALSO ADVISED TO CHANGE THE SHUT OFF VALVE . hE CHARGED ME 30.00 TO DO THE JOB AND i WAS WILLING TO PAY THIS AMT. FOR THE JOB. vERY SATISFIED.
