Adam W Emloyee # 6747 was a wonderful reliance representative who took the time to clean the filter as well as checking other areas surrounding the furnace. He was so kind in regards to letting me know what needs to be done.

We had our furnace and A/C upgraded last year from Reliance and the service was just great. We had our home assessed for the upgrades and all of the described benefits came through over this past year. We also upgraded to a tankless hot water system and this too has worked out quite well. We just had our first service cleaning as per our service contract and we are just satisfied with all of the products and professional service personnel that we have encountered from Reliance. We would have no problem in recommending Reliance Home Comfort as a reputable company of choice. Thanks Reliance! Marc

TERRIBLE PRODUCT/SERVICE water heater dies - 3 days before service - 1 month later no hot water- 2 days no service- 12 days after that - no hot water - no service again - 2 more days no hot water. UNBELIEVABLE !!!!

Keith (rcw2024) was very knowledgeable and professional. He got the job down in a quick and efficient manner. After not having hot water for a few days, it was a relief to have Keith come in to replace our old tank At the end of the assignment he Went through the different buttons on the hot water tank and explained the changes that were made and the minor constructions that were being done. He was patient and very thorough and took the time to answer all my questions. Thank you !

We are renting a property in Hespeler and when the heating system failed, Reliance were able to get a team in within 24 hours to replace it (along with the air conditioning system). Zuzana, the Home Comfort advisor, was extremely helpful and caring, and Jeff and Eric from MRJ Mechanical who did the work were very fast, efficient, professional and pleasant. I would highly recommend both companies.

Barry arrived on time and was very polite. He was very thorough in cleaning Air Conditioner and making sure it was in working order. He showed me what to look for if A / C was not functioning properly.

my tank was leaking bad and i called reliance. someone from delta had called me to book an appointment. when the technician came he was polite and considerate. he didn't leave any mess and informed me about what had happened, and what he did. thanks delta !

I had no heat and was so worried because I have an older furnace and I was thinking the worst. I called into Reliance because I have a protection plan with them. They sent out Gabe from Hot Sauce Heating and Air conditioning, a local contractor who covers the Bowmanville area. He was very knowledgeable and skilled with my older furnace and he diagnosed the issue to be a dirty flame rod. I was so relieved to hear that and in less than 10 minutes Gabe had my furnace up and running. Thank you Gabe and thank you Reliance for having such great employees like Gabe work for you. I will make sure I tell my friends and family of the excellent service they provided me with.
