Reliance Home comfort service person, Ryan, was the epitome of professionalism. He called ahead, arrived at the stated time, and donned booties immediately at the entrance to our home. He quickly diagnosed/performed the remedial action required, while explaining in great depth, the problem/remedial action required. He treated ourselves,and our home with great respect. We would welcome him back our home any time. The service call was billed to our existing account.

Very efficient, punctual and installation process was clean. Red carpet downstairs to wherever they walked. No mess to clean up. I was paying for the Home Comfort plan but my house didn't seem to get warm so I replaced my furnace and air conditioner. Rebated for both.

major leak in water heater, called to schedule service which took 2 days for me without hot water and constant leak in basement. Not sure what happened before they use to send someone on same day, Steve, a contractor from Flan Air called and came earlier than scheduled which I was happy about, good service, very knowledgeably and helpful guy, only downside is I had to wait 2 days to get this service through reliance.

Excellent, prompt and friendly service! Kevin Williams was very helpful in recommending Tips for keeping Furnace in a good standing. He also provided options on how to replace CO detectors for all the floors.. He even accommodated my request to do the job on a Thursday afternoon. I would strongly recommend Kevin at Reliance Home to my friends and family.. He was punctual, kept the job site clean & was on time with completing the work. His workmanship is excellent & we would highly recommend him.

I needed a new furnace because my father in-law's equipment was over 30 years old. I was looking for a good quality furnace with a reputable company. A rep by the name of Jesse McLean came over and provided me with the exact option I was looking for, he was very professional and knowledgeable, so we signed up for a new furnace install the next week. Two installers came out on Friday and did a great job and now have better air quality and comfort levels in the house. They were polite, professional and more importantly, cleaned up after they were done! I couldn't be more happier and will definitely call Jesse and Reliance when it is my time to upgrade my furnace and AC.

On April 6th I woke up to no hot water and no heat. I was not pleased that both these units had given up on life at the same time. I panicked and quickly landed myself on this website and after reading some rave reviews about Reliance I gave them a call and Mario from Reliance dropped by to assess the situation and before I knew it Kory and Ryan were over installing the Water Heater and Furnace and since the AC was a last minute decision, Kory and Tyler dropped by on Saturday April 13th to install the AC for us. They were great and the service was amazing! Thank you so much guys!

Mike the service man did a great job installing the new water heater and venting. He was very professional and cleaned up after himself. Mike laid down drop clothes to keep everything clean. Excellent work.
