My hot water tank was leaking. Don Leis from Hot Sauce was at home within 30 minutes and this was not an emergency. He promptly removed and replaced the drain plug. Wore his booties over his shoes, very friendly and clean, efficient work!

Waking up to no hot water is never a good way to start your day. Our call to Reliance was answered and we were told to expect a technician that same day. Unfortunately, the first technician who attended was not familiar with the model of water heater, and further complicating things - he clearly stated it was the 'end of his day'. Arrangements were made for another technician to attend later that same evening. We were feeling somewhat discouraged by this first experience - but that was soon to change. The second technician, Wally, showed up and promptly diagnosed the problem. Although he had to make 2 quick trips for additional supplies he was able to repair the water heater and was also able to identify a significant problem with the expansion tank that was contributing to the overall problem. Wally's prompt attendance, quality service, professionalism and expertise were greatly appreciated! Wanting to acknowledge his excellent work and thank him for the afterhours response I offered Wally a gratuity which he politely declined - a thank you and a handshake were all that was necessary. Hopefully we won't need another service call for quite some time but if we do we'll be requesting Wally!

The day we have a late winter storm we discover that our furnace is not working and the temperature in the house has dropped to 69 degrees. We called Reliance and within 2 hours a service technician came in and discovered that the motor was done. It's Friday evening and he wasn't sure if he'd be able to get a new motor. If not it would have to wait until Moday. But he left with the old motor and within an hour was back with a new one. Within minutes our heat was back on. By that time the thermostat showed 64 degrees. The service technician was very kind, thorough and knowledgeable. We didn't get his name but we're very thankful to him. We're also thankful that this was all covered through the Comfort Protection Plan.

This was a great experience Gail gave us exactly what she promised ,1.she priced matched our lowest quote with superior product. 2.The tech guys installed in 1 day cleanly and efficiently. 3.She followed up to make sure we were happy !! we are and will recommend this company to everyone we talk about furnaces to .

Kyle Vodden(CBA1650) was the tecnician who did the free inspection. He called before he arrived, was there shortly after calling, and was very friendly and professional. He wore his booties and advised me on tips for keeping the furnace and a/c clean!

The gentleman that came over to fix my furnace was knowledgeable, polite and gave me excellent recommendations for how to move forward with my old furnace. He fixed the issue quickly and saved me money in doing so. I will definitely use Reliance Service again! His name is Chris and his ID # is 907.

We had a very nice young man named John Froid do a 12 point check on our heating and air conditioner and he took the time to explain every thing he was doing.

I had a gentlemen come to my house after my furance went down OMG he was wonderful fixed it in a snap i wouldnt change from reliance for any money in the world THANK YOU

Adam was precise and timely in completing the inspection of our heating system. At the same time he also provided an opportunity to teach another technician in the process. He was also helpful in providing information regarding equipment available to replace an outdated humidifier.

Contacted Reliance in the evening after discovering that we did not have hot water. Reliance set up a service call for the following morning, between 7am-11am. The technician called to provide an ETA, and arrived exactly on time. Very friendly and respectful, and wore boot covers to protect our flooring. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty gas valve, and promptly repaired the valve. The technician further tested the tank for optimal efficiency and effectiveness, and clearly explained the work that had been done. Excellent customer service.
