Nick Lindale of Flan-air in Newmarket did my install and I would highly recommend him to everyone. If fast, professional workmanship is what you are looking for then look no further.

The technician came to check the furnace. He was very polite and professional. It took a reasonable amout of time. Then, I asked some questions about a new thermostats becasue the one I had was very old. He put a new one in for free because it was part of my plan.

My hot water tank turned off, called reliance, they had Northwest gas call us for service, they had a service man at my house within 1 hour,the sevice tech was very professional,very please with the service.

I called Reliance at 7 a.m. because we didn't have any hot water. Lyle # 1830 called me back one hour later and was at our house a few minutes after that. He found the problem and made an appointment for me for the installation of a new heater the next day. Very polite and helpful service rep. Thank you for such great service.

Dan was very upfront and helpful. The installers were punctual, direct in that once they realized they were not able to complete the job in one day as initially indicated, advised us of the circumstances and how they would complete the installation. Very tidy and cleaned up after themselves.

Purchased a home and inherited a water heater rental from Reliance. Noticed a small leak and asked for a service tech to come out to my home to investigate. Within 2 hrs I was contacted by the rep and notified that he was roughly 15mins away. 15mins later I was meeting with a service tech named Rick. Very friendly and knowledgeable and had my issue resolved within 25mins. If I ever have another issue with my water heater(knock on wood) I hope the technician that comes to service it is half as good as Rick was and I will be a very happy camper.

the installers were on time, put down drop sheets, very fast and efficient, pleasant. They were from Flanair, a man and a woman. great service. thanks. cleaned up after , wished me a nice day.

Hi, I was very pleased with the service. When I called Reliance, an appointment was set up very quickly. There was no hot water coming out of my taps so I thought the tank was broken (the house is only 5 years old). The Technician Don, explained and showed me what the problem was. He was quick and efficient. I was very happy with the service. : )

Ed (Reliance Technician) was efficient in calling before our appointment and accomodating in meeting at my residence. The original 13 year old ventor motor was seized on the furnace which needed replacing. After picking up the part to installing the part in record time the temperature was back to normal. Ed was knowledgeable on our Lennox furnace as well as our hot water heater. The information Ed discussed on my existing hotwater tank was very helpful for my future plans. In having a Reliance service contract on my furnace the cost was $000.00. It does pay to have a piece of mind with a service contratct when dealing with heating/cooling equipment.
