The service to replace our hot water tank was punctual, efficient and friendly. The technician made every effort to be helpful and tidy. We have a finished basement and the hole cut in the ceiling to replace the outdated piping was done carefully. A quality job!

Dynasty Air Systems serviced my hot water tank on behalf of Reliance and they were wonderful. They were willing to accommodate my hectic work schedule and the technician came when they said he would, even calling me when he was on the way. Dylan C was the most courteous and knowledgeable serviceman I have ever met. He was polite and thorough, and even took the time to answer all of my questions and explain what he was doing. Dylan is a great representative for Dynasty and for Reliance.

Great value! I pay around $10/month and these guys came within hours when I had no heat. Technician was courteous and told me it would have cost almost $1000 without the coverage. Everyone should have this plan.

Great service. Paul was great with advice and good follow up. Installers kept the house clean. Worked through a snow storm and stayed late to make sure we had heat.

Gabriel arrived within his designated time slot. He covered his shoes with booties so as to protect our floors. The service was done quickly and efficiently and he explained what he had done. Very polite and personable young man.

Joe (employee # 6158) was very professional in how he went about his job. I appreciate the fact that he explains what the problem was, what he did to correct the problem and how to prevent this from happening in the future.

Our hot water tank started to leak from the bottom.Within a few days of our call Joey D #0977 showed up to take care of our problem. was on time as he gave us, We had just finished basement renos a few months ago it was nice to see the Red matting he put down explained the problem and what he was going to do and how long it would take very professional. We called reliance home comfort about our water heater., with in minutes we rec'd a call from mario from canadian air systems to set up appt.n he advised us that he had a truck in the area and will be there with in the the hour., the tech showed up with in 15 min he was around the corner., he fixed our water heater and also signed us up on a comfort protection plan for our hi-v system which I feel real createful. I would like to thank canadian air systems for fast service and reliance for putting customer service first

Very happy with the prompt service, my technicians name was Jason, super nice guy, very helpful answered all the questions I asked and after he had completed the job, he explained to me everything that he had done, very impressed by this, not too many companies in my experience go to all that trouble.

Although Reliance Home Comfort mixed up the schedule Frank was kind enough to come promptly when I called in. He was very friendly, professional & skilled. He apologized for the mix-up and did the repairs in a timely fashion.
