Had a furnace replaced and air conditioner installed. did a great job of explaining everything.Furnace is working amazing, not sure about air conditioner yet as its not warm enough out.

We live in Maitland, ON and just had a new furnace and air-conditoner installed by Reliance. The contractor who did the work through Reliance was A.W. Heating & Cooling - Charlie Murray and his son Joe. The contractor was first rate and very knowledgeable. Charlie advised us of all our options which made the whole process less stressful. We are so glad we switched over to Reliance from Direct Energy.

Mike came to our home in Cambridge on March 1/13 to look at our leaky hot water heater. He knew immediately what and where the problem was and immediately got to work. Within 15-20 minutes the work was effectively completed in a friendly, respectful manner.

Todd Downey took care of everything...We needed to replace furnaces at two rental locations plus water heaters! The furnaces we had were old and oversized. After being advised by one of their maintenance guys, Ryan, that Reliance was having a super sale on furnaces, I bought a new furnace at almost half the price and had them change my hot water tank. Greg Whitman, in Sudbury, was professional, explained everything and guided me through the purchase based on the size of my home. He took the time to measure and take all information necessary to ensure the job would be done perfectly the first time. The workers arrived on time and called ahead of time to advise that they would soon be here. Work was done very efficiently. Greg took the time to stop in to ensure that the work was proceeding as planned and there were no unexpected difficulties. The workers, Luck and Kary explained how the furnaced functioned, how to care for the filter and the overflow valve worked. They took the time to run a tube to the ceiling so that it could drain into the wash tub to prevent having to step on the tube and to avoid slippery floors and/or slip and fall injuries. They also installed a new hot water tank in a better position. They took the time to really cleaned up after themselves which was greatly appreciated. This company really puts client satisfaction far above all other company. Thanks for making this so easy and for the tip on the sale. I saved about $2500 not to mention this new system will be far more efficient then the one I had in the past. If I could nominate any team for a service award, it would certainly be the this company and their many staff that I've dealt with over the years. I am a long time customer and will continue to be for many years. Thanks all!!!

I joined the protection plan in 2012 and in Feb 2013 my furnace wasnt working properly Reliance came in no time ordered the part and fixed it the next day ! One on the best investments i have made and recommend to everyone Thanks Marc

We had a sixteen year old heat exchanger utilizing hot water. The system was not providing us with the efficiency that we understood it was capable of. At our request Reliance sent a technician to check the system. Wally was a highly skilled technician who provided us with satisfactory answers to questions that I had about the efficiency of our equipment. We subsequently agreed that we needed more advice from a sales representative. Todd Downey was here within 24 hours. He thoroughly assessed our needs. Todd was highly professional in his presentation and very knowledgeable about the options we had for a new more efficient system. Our conclusion was to install a new system. Todd arranged for the installation, much to our surprise, for the following day. The installation team was on time as per the established time. The installation team was once again a highly professional and very skilled team that worked well together. The new system was running in less that 5 hours and the older system had been removed. We are very satisfied with the improved heating for our home. We definitely recommend Reliance Home Comfort to provide quality equipment and all round service. THANK YOU to the entire team.
