    Relocation of water heater

    I am working on finishing the basement and required the water heater to be relocated approximately 5' closer one of the outside walls. Joey from Reliance arrived and completed all the work with the out most professionalism. He was not only friendly and polite truly is amazing at what he does. He did an outstanding job! Thanks Joey.

    New Furnace Install

    Remove Quietside install new system

    I have to say thank you to and recognize Fred and Cory from CAS for doing a great job. They came to replace my nonfunctional Quietside hot water system. These guys were great. They did clean install, problem solved some additional issues that carried over my old system and left the work area as clean as it was when they got here. Thanks guys.

    new furance

    furnace repair

    Our furnace stopped working at 10:00 pm on a Friday night. We called for service as we rent our equipment and were told there were no parts after the tech came just before 5:00 pm on Saturday. After several calls to Reliance and asking for a supervisor, we finally received some satisfaction and our furnace was finally fixed on Sunday at noon. 36 hours without heat was not our idea of good service! If Reliance is going to rent equipment, there should be parts readily available for immediate repair.

    Hot Water Tank

    My story is not a good one. I called Friday night and reported my rental Hot water tank is leaking. The call center took all the information and a Tech showed up Saturday. He noticed the tank was leaking and asked me why did his office send him when a leaking tank needs to be replaced. His report only stated that there was no hot water not a leaking tank. You can guess what my answer was. He told me he will call this in and somebody will be contacting me to set an appointment for replacement. Saturday and Sunday past with no call. I called back myself and made the appointment. You can also guess what I think of this service level. I rent the tank so i don't have to worry about replacement or service. Its only a phone call away. I found out its a phone and three days away! The Replacement Tech was the most helpful out of this experience. He did a great job.

    furnace and air conditioning

    Last Friday, we had a new furnace installed by Reliance Home Comfort. Our service rep., Wally Dourrie, did a marvellous job keeping the old furnace running for nearly 20 years. He was always punctual and reliable. After the thorough and professional presentation by Todd Downey, the home comfort advisor of Reliance, we were convinced that Reliance could provide us with the proper furnace at the best price. We also went "full bore" and are having central air added to the system. The installers, Alex and Josh, were right on time and had the installation finished in 5 hours. I was totally impressed with their skills. They were very careful in removing the old furnace and bringing the new one in. After they had left, you'd not even know that they had been here, except for the quiet, new furnace in place. I have requested that these two men handle the installation of the air conditioning when the product is ready for installation. Good job by all involved!

    Furnace Inspection & Cleaning

    I purchased a furnace check up, cleaning and filter and expected a partial job because it was a "coupon deal". Mike Zelallo's was the technician who came and he was professional, polite, competent and complete in his work. I was more than pleased with his work. I give this young man the 10 stars and recomend him highly without concern.

    Furnace Repair

    Our furnace suddenly stopped working on a very cold day recently. We contacted Reliance Home Comfort and were quickly put in touch with Mario of Canadian Air Systems. Mario set up an appointment for one of the Canadian Air Systems technicians to come out and repair our furnace. Damon, the technician, arrived on time and quickly identified the problem with the furnace: a bad system pilot. He arranged for the part and fixed the problem the same day at a reasonable cost. We’ll definitely be using Reliance Home Comfort and Canadian Air Systems for future furnace repair or replacement.

    furnace,air conditioning

    Luc and Kory were very punctual,informative,and the cleanliness of there work was excellent. This is the 2nd install of both homes that we own and we are very happy with the service. We would highly recommend this company to our friends and family.
