    furnace

    I have had many service calls to Reliance to repair my furnace which was going on 20 years old. Reliance called and asked if I wanted to set up an appointment to see what they had for replacement furnaces so I accepted. Shannon Townsend came to my house at a time convenient for me and showed me all the options I had for a new furnace. She understood my needs and didn’t try to pressure me into higher priced furnace that I didn’t want. I ended up with a high efficiency unit and new air conditioning unit for a price I could afford. She also had several options for payment which was important to me. We finalized the deal that night and within a week I had my new furnace and it has worked great since. The guys that installed the units did it in one day and the heat was on when I got home from work which was good because it was about 20 below that day. I am very pleased as well with the after installation service. Shannon has answered all emails immediately and went out of her way to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Shannon and Reliance for a new furnace !!

    furnace/air installation

    We had a new furnace and air system installed and are very happy with the entire process, from initial contact by Reliance to final installation. The installers did an excellent job in a very timely fashion and remained on site until all questions about the new furnace were answered and explained fully. They were professional, friendly, and represented the company very well. We would also like to thank Dean Timpany, our Home Comfort Advisor, for his help and patience through the process of getting everything organized. He made sure we were well informed about the products available to meet our needs and were totally comfortable with our purchase. He was even good enough to check in on the equipment installation to make sure everything went according to plan.

    Hot Water Tank

    We had just bought our townhouse and decided to finish the basement...the water tank was older and seemed like it had seen better days and it was smack in the middle of the area we were finishing. I called Reliance, Dean Timpany came out to the house. The installers were there promptly. The whole process was seamless and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to call again!!!

    hot water rental

    I get a bill with a due date. Pay on due date. Collections start phoning. Must phone back to resolve. Month after month. It has been like that where I live now and all my previous addresses as well.

    routine maintenance call

    a service tech came out to do the routine maintenance on my furnace. He spent over an hour cleaning and making sure that everything was working properly. Excellent service and fully covered by my maintenance agreement, thanks Reliance

    peace of mind service call--hot water heater

    We had an excellent experience with Richard (tech no. 1568) today. He arrived on time (called first to let us know in advance) and gave us information on everything to do with our hot water heater the whole visit. He inspected our tank and replaced our anode, giving us peace of mind that we are in good shape with our appliance.

    Water heater service

    We would like to take this opportunity to thank DELTA and RELIANCE for the great service and best customer service. We called for service on our water tank with in half hour of our call a local service agent from Delta called us to book an appointment. Within 2 hours from our call the water tank was up an running. The technician also introduced us to the rental heating and AC products, which we are considering to switch over in the very near future. Thank you Delta and Reliance!! Great work guys.

    not sure what was fixed, I wasn't home at the time

    I was pleased when my furnace wasn't working that some one came that very day to look at my furnace. It was fixed promptly and I didn't have to pay a cent!

    Furnace Repair

    I moved into my home in late October and signed up to a maintenance agreement given that my equipment is 12+ years old. This was the best decision that I could have ever made!! My furnace stopped working on Feb 17th in extremely cold weather with 4 parrots in my home that can not endure a cold environment. In less than 24 hours, Paul, your technician arrived who reassured me and and fixed the furnace within 1 hour at no cost to me. Paul was fabulous. Thank you for your speedy response to my difficult situation! It just doesn't get better than this!

    Repair variable speed fan

    My furnace is relatively new but I had an issue with my variable speed fan. Service was covered under my plan with Reliance and the cost would have been considerable. The fan was delivered to my home the next day and installed the following morning. I was quite pleased with the resolution to this problem.
