    Furnace and A/C

    Robert Sanderson was our salesman in December, I had a comfort level immediately. Robert gave us many options, showed us what could and would work for us, he assessed our situation and met all our needs. Robert has been reliable and available ever since for all the inquiries we have needed, whether having a quick questions or needed a check-up. It counts truly that he cares from beginning to end. He is highly recommended.

    Hot Water Repair

    Hot water tank needed to be repaired. Within 2hrs, it was fixed and good to go. The service was very friendly and professional, and they ensured that everything was properly fixed before leaving.

    Central Air

    Linda Jacques was very efficient and knowledgeable of products. Her friendliness added to the great experience we received. We got quick installation and are thoroughly satisfied, Linda comes highly recomended.

    Hot water issues & rental costs

    I had a technician come out BEA 2060 and he was great. Solved my hot water issue. Everything went well. Now where my issue did not get resolved was on the phone with my rental cost. I wish I remembered who I spoke to because she had absolutely no clue what she was talking about. When you tell me to talk to the technician when he comes to my house about rental cost prices, um seriously??? He is not the one to talk to about that! I explained to her that I am a young single woman with a single income. So many people I've spoken to pay so much less a month than me a month. I unfortunately have a larger tank because of the type of system in my house. (that's what the technician told me) so there's not much I can do about that. All I'm asking is to possibly lower my rental costs. For the price I'm paying I'm seriously thinking of cancelling my service and just purchasing a tank to eliminate these costs. The woman I spoke to on phone was horrible and clueless. Not impressed. Will not ever recommend reliance to anyone. I am paying too much $$

    Furnace Repair

    I came home from work tonight and my house was freezing! At some point today my furnace must have stopped working... I contacted reliance right away since my furnace is covered under their protection plan and within the hour their contractor called me to arrange service. They had their technician Jon at my house right away. He fixed the furnace and was so friendly! He even took the time to explain what he was doing and he was so careful not to make a mess. He did mention that my furnace is quite old so it might be time for a replacement soon - I will most definitely be looking into a new furnace from reliance once this one goes. Thanks again to Jon and to Dynasty for allowing me to sleep in a warm bed tonight!!

    new furnace and ac installation

    my furnace went out and i had reliance come in to do the installation of a new ac and furnace. Salesman told me he would keep me updated during the course of the installation as i was at work. he did not. i get home at night and go downstairs to see the "completed" work and as i step into my basement IT'S FLOODED!....immediately call the reliance salesman to find out whats going on...he tells me to call my insurance company and they will take care of it........call reliance to complain...the call centre tells me the same thing....send an email to the salesman he gets back to me two days later with a solution that he says will take a week because they are waiting for a part...eventually after a week of the flooding its finally fixed and dried and checked for damage and he gave me a 9 month credit on my account. or so i thought....first bill comes with a full charge....called the call centre and the lady tells me there is no such credit applied on my account so i will have to pay the entire bill and speak to the salesman.....and that "maybe" next month the credit will be there but i have to pay now!....the service with these people are terrible and they are not true to their word or promises...i would recommend not going with this company....

    humidifier correction

    Reliance installed a high efficiency furnace 20 months ago. Last month our home humidity has been under 30% when set at 45( recommended for hardwood floors and grand piano). Two technicians tried to correct this but humidity stayed at 28/29. Two days ago,Bruce,a highly qualified Reliance tech assessed the situation and corrected the flow so that today we are up to 36/37% .Thank you to Bruce for his knowledge and expertise.

    Heating repairs

    I had a technician from Dynasty Air Systems service my hot water boiler system last week. It was brought to my attention by the technician that my heating system was not working efficiently. While on site to service my hot water issue, he took the time to test my heating sytem and blance the vents throughout my house to increase the efficiency of the furnace. Almost immediately, I noticed a tremendous difference in the quality of heating in my lower floors of my house, and the upstairs floors do not feel like a sauna. Thanks Reliance!

    Furnace

    Mr. Todd Downey is an amazing sales person. He answered all of my questions and he was very knowledgable about the product. I wasn't sure which company I was going to buy my furnace from, but after meeting with Todd, he put my mind at ease.His professionalism and great attitude reassured me that Reliance was the company to go with. There are many in Brantford, but I am happy with Reliance. This Todd fellow should be recognized as I truly believe he is an asset to your organization. It is hard to find honest salespeople these days, but he was very easy to talk to and explained the different types of furnaces and which one would work best for me. Thank you so much, Jennifer

    Hot Water Repair

    Our hot water heater was not working and a call was placed to Scott Davis at Flan-Air in Newmarket. Scott called shortly thereafter, set up a time to come by, and he fixed the issue (a faulty temperature gauge). Scott was efficient, professional, and he completed the work in no time at all. Thank you, Scott.
