My furnace is relatively new but I had an issue with my variable speed fan. Service was covered under my plan with Reliance and the cost would have been considerable. The fan was delivered to my home the next day and installed the following morning. I was quite pleased with the resolution to this problem.

I have a reliance service plan and recommend it to anyone. Service person was friendly and efficient. Wish I'd gotten her name so I could say Thanks. The cost is not an issue since I pay monthly for parts and service but did not need parts this time. The $240 is annual not just for this service call.

Since the installation of our heating/cooling unit last year, John Saliba has been our routine Sr. Service Technician, promptly addressing our concerns. He has been very proactive in ensuring our unit is operating safely and efficiently according to code. we called reliance home comfort for no heat., we had a rep show up and 8 hrs later we again had no heat., so we called reliance for another servcie call at 6:30pm feb 20 and with in an hour a rep from Canadian Air systems called to book service call for same night and by 8 pm furnace was up and running and we had heat., i would like to thank jon the service tech that came out for his fast response time and for correcting the issue., he is a 20out of 10

We live in Markham and called Reliance for our water heater. As soon as I hung up the phone, we received a call from Mario from Reliance’s sub contractor company Canadian Air Systems. He set up an appointment and within 3 hours, a technician came and fixed our water heater. The technician even showed us a great program called protection plan that covers our HVAC system. It’s a real peace of mind as they advertise. Simply fantastic service and a great service team at Canadian Air Systems! I will refer Canadian Air Systems and reliance for all our home comfort needs. Thank you very much!

Reliance contractor Hot Sauce Heating & Air installed a new furnace in our house. The work was carried out professionally and in a timely manner. Since then, we’ve had maintenance checks done by them and overall we’re very satisfied.

The tech.Paul who fixed our furnace was so friendly and honest. He was the one who arranged for the replacement of our water heater into tankless one and the people he sent to do it were so kind as well. Great job. I will recommend reliance to my friends.

Hi, my furnace broke down so I called Reliance. I had their comfort protection plan on my furnace so the service call didn't cost me. Technician arrived, was polite and fixed the unit. Also I have hot water tank with Reliance. Great value for the dollar.

Okay, so we have no heat and it's a little chilly here today...My husband calls Reliance and they say that no one is available until tomorrow morning. Are they crazy? First of all, its cold...secondly, are they going to pay for our pipes if they burst. My husband asked them if we hired someone to come and take care of the furnace if they would reimburse us since our furnace is only 2 years old and under warranty....Funny, no return call yet.....

service tech came to home and quickly inspected water heater to determine that water heater needs to be replaced and will be back tomorro to change out, hopefully goes as well as diagnosis!
