    Furnace service and maintenance

    I contracted Reliance Home Comfort two months ago for service and maintenance of my own furnace. I called them on 23 Dec. 2012 at about 6 PM to repair the furnace. The respondent scheduled the technician visit on 24 Dec., but he promised to make it earlier, if that was possible. Ned, the technician, came at 8 AM and did a great job. He is a friendly man who is nice to deal with. I hope Reliance would go on with such professionalism and good customer care. I was not charged anything for the service. Thank you.

    Furnace panel service

    Joe D'Onofrio did a great job fixing the furnace as it failed yesterday night. He saved the night for us. Joe deserves a 10/10. However, when I first called the toll free line, they told me a technician would come in the next day only, with the temperature dropping quickly this was not acceptable and I ahd to escalate to my client services manager. Reliance hotline service: gets only a 3/10. Joe gets a 10/10.

    Home comfort furnace program

    Emergency call to Reliance onSunday Dec 16 at 11am.. Furnace not working. Elderly parent very cold. Unable to come until Sunday at 7am. Service man did not come. Required a 2nd call. Serviceman late and did not arrive until 12:30 pm on Monday. Service man was told it was the water heating system and was doing 2 routine calls prior to coming.

    furnance

    Dec 18,2012 early in the morning I found our furnace was not working, since I have a protection plan with reliance home service, I called them right away, they responded my request very quickly and promised to send a technician to come and fix the problem in 3 hours. Surprisingly the technician Paul called me in ten minuets and told me he was on his way and would come in half an hour. Paul is very friendly and professional, with his expertise our furnace is working again. The best service part is Paul will not force you to buy their extra service, and give you a very good explanation. I want to say Thank you Paul, you made a difference. I only know his first name is Paul, his employee number is 1690.

    Hot Water Heater

    Bought a house with a Reliance HWH in it. Got charged for 30 for setup and 40 more when I cancelled. Not even 4 days after arriving. So, they charged me 180 for 4 days of rental. Use someone else is my advise.

    Furnace repair

    I received perfect service from reliance service technician. he was very professional and courteous. His name is Frank from Brampton location. his employee number is 7101. he came at the time that he supposed to come, he was reliable and experienced. Also, he explained all that was required to program the thermostat. and direct us to take advantage of high efficiency products. thank you

    I have had nothing but problems with Reliance. Of the 5 times I've dealt with Reliance every time was bad. Rude employees, no one showing up for a scheduled appointment, not bringing a replacement filter for my furnace 2 years in a row, bringing me a water heater that's too small for my house.

    water heater

    Beyond frustrated!!!!! We've been out of hot water since Friday evening at 7pm. Service person came yesterday around 2pm. He said we needed a new tank but he didn't have the equipment on his truck. He told us someone would be here first thing in the morning. Around 10am i called back because no one had shown up. The customer service rep. said someone would definitely be here by 1pm. No one showed up by 1, so we called back. Now the rep is telling us the service people are overwhelmed and it probably won't be replaced today!! COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. We haven't had hot water in 43 hours!!!!!! We are a family of four with a toddler and 6 month old baby. This needs to be fixed now!

    Maintenance

    I received excellent customer service from Reliance Home Comfort today, from the initial telephone contact with customer service and maintenance by Adam Walker. Adam is Knowledgeable , skilled and thorough technician. His neat and tidy worker impressed me alot.

    call to a change my services

    I called to change my services, I had the best price, awesome customer service and not waiting time. Staff was knowledge about all the product and polite.The only problem was the insurance, why they sell You a insurance when the product is rental .Thank you
