    Not hot water after maintenance appointment (Water heater, AC, Central AC and Water Softener installation)

    April 22nd, 2021: Service call for water heater, central AC and AC split. April 23rd, 2021: Water softener installation (recommended by service tech.) April 23rd 7.28pm: No hot water. Call for appointment, scheduled for saturday. April 24th: Tech at 9am, part ordered. ETA on saturday midday or afternoon. F-UP call: unsure if ordered online. Reassured it is ordered??!!!. April 25th: no news. F-UP call: Tracking number requested. April 26th: Part received at 4.20pm. Part was ordered same day, not over the weekend as told. Call at 6.55pm, service scheduled for next day and MY phone provided, NOT my husband' s (10-14h). (Agent preparing his food at the same time, unpleasant asking details to book the appointment). April 27th: 11.46pm received email saying that the appointment was closed. Note of the tech: Customer at the hospital, no- one at home. Called received to my HUSBAND' s phone by mistake, provided MY phone and specified she was at home waiting for the service. F-UP call: asked to talk with the MANAGER (Donna?). Apologies, action taken: crew asap to fix it. Just rescheduled for 1-5pm, another 4 hours of waiting time. @2pm still waiting. @2.30pm- Manager only works to listen to the customer. Service call ongoing as they rescheduled, nothing changed, another 4 hours of waiting time thanks to the tech's mistake. Finally, tech at home. After his visit, email received @4.12pm NOTE: APPOINTMENT WAS NOT NEED IT! Tech assured he changed the part that was supposed to be broken (Flow sensor). F-UP call and asked if they changed anything. They reassured that yes, sent a letter in an email confirming it after different emails with customer service. It was changed? We are still not sure. What we are sure it is that we had a whole weekend without hot water after a maintenance service call and a poor service customer. Asked to talk with the manager (Eric), still waiting for any F-UP. It looks like Donna was impersonating him, saying that she was the manager, when she only works at the resolution centre... Poor customer service, poor agents taking the calls: it takes 30 mins to make an appointment!, techs is a lottery! CHOOSE ANOTHER COMPANY! NOT WORTHY THE HEADACHE!

    Excellent service

    Excellent service. 10/10 and problem was fixed under 24 hours!! We are very impressed by the techinician's knowledge!! Thank you for your help. It was totally free and I didn't pay for this service

    New Furnace

    Reliance sales & installation teams highly recommended. The two technicians who installed my furnace were super polite and know theirs stuff. When they were done they did answer all question made. Also very respectful and kept their masks on for the duration of the install and more important for me; everything quite clean after left . Overall good impression and great experience!

    Service Call

    My hot water tank stopped working at night and I couldn't turned it on. I called customer service and booked an appointment for the next day. The next morning, two technicians showed up right on time and fixed the problem very quickly. They were very patient and also explained many possible risk matters. In short, I am very happy with the service they have provided.

    Furnace- Air Conditioner

    We called Reliance and the next day Cory from sales came down and explained the different ways we could buy or finance a Furnace and a/c. He showed the best type of furnace for the size of our house and more information than I can list here. Cory was very personable and made the afternoon informative and enjoyable. The installation crew arrived the next day. After 4-5 hours the new furnace and a/c were installed. The crew were polite and knowledgeable and when done showed us how to use the new N.E.S.T. thermostat and the settings for the humidifier which were all new to me. Overall I would highly recommend Reliance.

    Furnace servicing

    Christian and Kevin were quick and efficient with a preventative service call on the furnace. They were careful to mask and wear shoe covers in the house.Explained what they checked and what condition the furnace was in. No problems. Call was covered under my service and maintenance agreement.

    Boiler system, Furnace

    Brandon from Reliance Home comfort, was excellent. He took his time, was very courteous, straight shooter and took over 2 hours to ensure my boiler tankless heater was working properly with no more surprises when he left, GREAT JOB BRANDON

    Call the Plumber

    Plumber was fast, efficient and friendly. He understood the issue immediately. It required a quick fix to our shower drain. He got the job done in a professional way and explained the problem clearly.

    New Furnace Install

    We first called reliance for a service call to see if our old Luxaire furnace could be fixed. Art was the technician who came by and gave us a quote on the new part but suggested looking into getting a new furnace as you run the risk of something else potentially going on our 20+ year old furnace. Someone from sales called to set up a time to quote us a new furnace, we also called around to get more quotes. Reliance was the cheaper alternative and they weren’t as pushy as some of the other local companies. The two technicians who installed our furnace were super polite and knowledgeable. When they were done they asked us if we had questions and was able to answer them all. With covid, they also were respectful and kept their masks on for the duration of the install which I appreciated as I had my two daughters home with us during the install. Overall, had a great experience!
