I have subscribed to a reliance plumbing plan at $20pm and I am happy with the quality of service and courteous staff. Will recommend anyone looking for a reliable plumbing contract. It was a hassle free experience

I subscribe to reliance home Comfort Plumbing Protection plan. The shower knob to turn water on/off, hot & cold broke. Reliance dispatched a plumber(Rob) the very next day. The plumber was friendly, professional and highly experienced. He replaced the broken knob and replaced the cartridge. The cartridge was installed more than 11 years ago upside down., so hot was cold and cold was hot. He fixed that 11 year old problem! The knob always had friction, meaning you really needed to hold tight and turn to run the water and pinpoint the exact comfortable water temperature. - He fixed that too! Glad I have the monthly plumbing protection plan. It saved me hundreds of dollars and time over the years. When faucets don't work, or a leak springs up, I call reliance, they send a plumber and fix the problem, all parts and laour free! Thank you Reliance!! Service Call ID 3093013

Amazing technician, excellent service. We had some issues with the hot water tank, and the technician was extremely skillful and explained the problem to us patiently. The replacement process was quick as well. Definitely recommend the service. Thank you!

I was very happy with the Electrical work that was done by the electrician, Chris from Reliance. He came on time and replaced several pull chains in the basement. He was very knowledgeable and efficient.

Basically the hot water pipes leading to the tank developed a slow leak. They recommended a boiler ( tankless water tank). The beauty is I am saving energy and also room looks way bigger now, since the boiler goes on the wall along the side.

Great service from Reliance. Jamey fixed our leaks in kitchen and bathroom pipes. Very knowledgeable and friendly and arrived on time. I highly recommend. He also recommended that we get Reverse Osmosis system in for our drinking water. I received a call from Phil and set up an appointment and he was also very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail and set up an appointment for install. Easy peasy!! You can't go wrong with Reliance!
