Truly impressed with the level of services provided by the representatives from assessment to installation. Each member provided insightful recommendations along with timely delivery and installation of my new Rheem furnace. Big shout out to Juan, Jason, Conner and Dan for all of their efforts to ensure our home continues to be warm and safe to live.

This is the 2nd time that a technician was sent for the same issue within 4 months. The first was time, which was Christmas, the tech was basically in and out. All he did was push the reset button. Today was an entirely different experience. So happy with this service call. Technician was friendly and checked everything out, replaced some sensors and advised he would be making detailed notes on the file (there were none from previous service call). Would love to have this kind of service experience every time it’s needed. 5 stars for tech 112349.

I received excellent customer service from everyone at Reliance. Mike did a great job removing our old water heater and installing a new one. He was friendly, fast and professional.

Troubleshooting and flushing of water system to remove resin pellets from failed soft water system. Technician was efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant. Took approximately an hour and sales agent was called to to come over and advise on a new soft water system. New system installed next day.

Ryan was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He performed an inspection of my furnace and AC unit, and provided me with options regarding my need for a new furnace. Great service!

Gus educated us about the new furnace and we agreed to get new one. They installed new furnace and ac . I must say they did a superb job. Very clean and neat.

Daniel came to our house in answer to a request to Reliance for information about a new furnace. Daniel was polite, professional and great to have in our home. Daniel provided all the facts about our original request and then after some discussion proposed a different furnace. He then provided us with all the information regarding the new proposed furnace. He provided the information in terms that my wife and I could easily understand. Then he provided us a with a great deal and gave us time to think about and discuss both the new prosed furnace and the pricing. When we accepted the proposals, he came back and walked us through the final contract signing and got us ready for the installation of the furnace. Two very professional, efficient and polite installers, removed the old furnace and installed the new furnace in a very short time and Daniel came by to see about the installation. One of the installers provided an explanation of how to use the furnace controller. The final clean-up was done very well. After our experience with Daniel, we would surely recommend Reliance for anyone requiring a new furnace.

Peter did our annual Furnace and Air Conditioning service on our rental units. Excellent friendly and professional service. Met all protocals re Covid. Thank you and keep up the good work Peter.
