    Waterheater

    Multiple instances of the water heater failing over the past week. Took 3 different technicians coming on three different days to figure it out, but ultimately it is working. Although frustrated with the situation, all technicians were courteous and efficient, and response to service request was prompt.

    New furnace

    Old furnace gave out on a Monday night. Called immediately. Technician came on Tuesday and analyzed situation, advised new furnace needed. By Wednesday, noon, new furnace quickly, efficiently and effectively installed and up and running, warming our once chilly home. Most appreciative.

    Hot water tank

    Wes provides Excellent friendly service and was Quick To diagnosis the problem and replace the entire unit. We were worried about the service because it was a Sunday , but it all worked out beyond our expectations .

    Tim was great!

    'Tim' was here to give us a quote on a tankless hot water heater. He was polite, friendly, didn't push for a sale and was a pleasure to deal with. Very nice guy :) (I did not pay for the visit but had to put $1 to get this to work.)

    Hot water tank

    Very good and polite talk me though the whole process. Showed me step by step instructions .very clean and showed me different ideas to better my house and using your other products

    pushed us to sign up for protection plan and provided false info

    in order to make a sale, customer service sold us the monthly protection plan and promised diagnostic fee upon visit is free of charge regardless of whether we go with the repair. it was not the case. we got hit of the diagnostic the following bill of our protection plan cancellation. called in multiple times before they charged us, including when we cancelled the plan, over the phone we were ensured there would be no fee charged. nobody informed us of the fee. false advertising, false promises, so sale-oriented that they only care about making a sale instead of giving consumers the right information. a company to avoid.

    Quick fix for leaking water heater

    Discovered that the thermostat was alerting to high humidity levels - turned out to be the relief valve in the rented water heater. Service call made to Reliance, tech comes to replace and fix in under 24 hours

    great customer service

    Got cameras, camera doorbell, electronic door lock, Google home mini. For $40.00a month. Dean did a great job. Took time to answer all my questions, if he didn't know he would call and find out for me. Will definitely use them again

    Hot water issue with Radiant hear

    The technician was knowledgeable patient asked questions and was able to solve the issue quickly by reviewing the facts he was very professional would highly recommend again. Their was no charge for this repair.

    Customer Quotation

    Customer service rep Alex provided a quote and overview of replacement system for furnace and air conditioner. She was very knowledgeable and thorough. Explained options and system very well along with pricing options. Very professional.
