    Furnace repair

    My furnace broke down 2 days ago. I called Reliance home comfort and technician Atheer was sent the same day. The required part was promptly ordered and as soon as it was delivered to my address, I called Reliance back for the installation. 2 hours later, technician Haimed was at my door. He got my furnace up and running in short order. He was courteous and a true professional! Thanks for a job well done!

    New Furnace

    Our existing furnace was approx 22 years old and had to be replaced. Vince the sales representative was excellent, knowledgeable, he answered all of our questions in detail and explained all the different models of furnaces available to choose from. He also followed up to ensure everything went well and checked to see if we had any additional questions or concerns. He made sure we were happy with the new furnace and the service we received. The Installers were excellent as well, very knowledgeable and completed the work to a very high standard. They took time to answer any questions we had during the installation.

    THE HVAC Professionals.

    Reliance are THE company to call for all your HVAC needs. To Ryan, Neil, Dwayne, Alain and all, thanks and well done! Fast, on time, professional and friendly service. I am so glad I chose Reliance to maintain and cover my HVAC system and on-demand hot water heater. We just had our new humidifier installed by Ryan, and couldn't be happier, the house is so warm and cosy now. No more plastic on-site humidifiers which keep breaking down for us anymore. Reliance are great people who know their stuff, passionate about keeping their clients happy, very refreshing these days. Many companies could learn from your model. One suggestion, I know you take credit cards etc., but e-Transfer would be awesome, money straight to you. Thanks again all.

    New Furnace

    I was not happy with my first phone call to Reliance when our furnace quit. The lady that answered was only interested in selling me the 14.99 protection when I just wanted a repairman to come out. Once the repairman came out which was quickly he was very good and let me know my options. He at once called Liz to come and show me new furnace options. She was here in the afternoon and was great to accommodate what I needed. She then booked a furnace install for me the next morning. Could not ask for anything more than the service this team provided.

    Flame sensor

    Service tech came early morning, which was awesome, he was pleasant, knowledgeable and explained everything so we knew what was happing with our furnace, thank you for great and timely service.

    Service

    Pedro came and serviced our water tank today. Very professional, knowledgable and fixed the problem very fast. We are very thankful for his services. We have never called for service in 10 years and this experience was a pleasant one. Linda and Danny Donatucci

    New potlight installation - electrician was great

    I had a popcorn ceiling removed a couple of weeks ago and decided to use that as an opportunity to replace some very old pot lights. I required two visits from an electrician: one to remove the old pot lights before the plasterer did his work; and one to install the new pot lights after the ceiling was plastered. Reliance did a fabulous job. They were sensitive to the plasterer coordination issue and scheduled the two electrician visits in the exact windows I had requested. That made life a lot easier. Richard, the electrician, arrived on time for both appointments, answered my questions and did an excellent job. I highly recommend him and Reliance and would not hesitate to refer them to friends and family.

    New furnace and A/C installation

    Professional job by Ryan and Lou for the installation of a new furnace and air conditioner. Both technicians were efficient, courteous, polite and completed the work in a timely manner. Ryan took the time to go over the furnace operation and the new thermostat once they completed the work. Bonus, the furnace area was clean and spots less. I’ve already recommended your service to my neighbour and told him to ask for Ryan and Lou. Excellent job gents!

    Quickly fixed my problem!

    Gave me an appointment next day, love their quick response. I got roblem with my water heater, they identified the problem got it fixed quickly! Friendly technicians and knowledgable. Thanks!

    Reverse Osmosis
