    new Furnace / AC

    Furnace broke down, while it was being fixed i chose to rent a new system, great repair service and now a new system that will be taken care of by Reliance..peace of mind..

    Hot water tank replacement

    Both Andy and cam were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient! They did a great job with the installation. They worked fast, and gave me a full explanation of the new equipment

    Hot water tank valve

    Paul recently repaired a mixing valve. He is Very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend his expertise. He took the time to explain the process. I am very satisfied with the skill and professionalism.

    C wire installation for Nest Thermostat

    Both technician are very professional and courteous. They have answered all my questions and really know what they are doing. I will definitely be a repeat customer and will recommend reliance to friends and family.

    Furnace and AC replacement

    We had Ryan and Lou come in from Reliance Home Comfort in Brantford just before Christmas to replace our furnace and AC in our new home. They arrived right on schedule and worked diligently to get the job done well. They did great work and explained everything regarding our new thermostat. Good job guys and keep up the good work.

    Water Heater replacement

    Water Heater leaked. Reliance sent technician Ryan next morning. Ryan was excellent, replaced water heater in a fairly tight space quickly, taking care of moving it safely throughout the house. Thank you Ryan.

    Great experience!

    Tom was punctual and very polite! He was very thorough while fixing the furnace and he explained what he was doing through the entire process. He fixed the issue and everything is working again!

    Service,

    Service man Wes did an excellent job to replace our hot water tank, he is so professional. Give Reliance a big plus for to have the employee like Wes. He deserves a nice raise. He is a role model by all means.

    Regular maintenance

    Service tech very nice polite and knowledgeable did scheduled maintenance and filter change also recommended that we get AC system checked before cooling system also provided a spare filter to change out as needed.

    Heating protection plan

    Called them because I have the heating protection plan. They assessed same day and said it was the control board. The guy who came didn’t seem to think we would be able to “get the right part” as apparently it’s hard to get parts for lennox? Which makes no sense to me since they still make furnaces and are a pretty reliable company. The part came almost a week later, as soon as this same guy comes he says *before even opening the box* I sure hope it’s the right part..... which made me wary and think did he purposely order the wrong one? Sure enough- didn’t work. He then proceeds to basically tell me my only option is to rent or buy new. Which is complete horse crap, it’s a perfectly fine furnace, just needs a control board. I starting searching online and said Um, they are available online?? So he goes oh I’ll call our distributor and see if they have any... the lady on the phone was quite helpful and called Lennox herself and was able to order the correct board. Which now leaves me with no heat for another 4 days if not more. On his way out he suggested again about buying a new furnace (which I believe was his intention the whole time- and had no intention to try and fix the problem) anyway- still don’t even know if that part will work but it really made me rethink this program. Seems like they don’t want to fix anything and basically just tell you you need a new furnace.
