A/C not repairable due to refrigerant. Decided to replace the furnace at the same time. Work completed soon (July 31) after with a 10 year warranty. Also waived the A/C service fee. Both units have been working fine. Installers did leave a bit of a mess since they had to cut new holes in rafters to relocate the a/c. Also left some metal strappings and pipe. Finished areas of basement left in good shape.

My technician Mo performed the annual furnace inspection. He was very thorough, courteous and gave me some very helpful tips. I wish all the technicians were that good. Many thanks.

Hot water tank (rental) was leaking, called Reliance for service. Got a service appointment the next day. The guys who replaced the tank were professional and did a great job!

Tyrell was on time and very knowledgeable. Knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it. Didn’t need to call back because something wasn’t done correctly. Very happy with service

My current furnace stopped working, I did a number of quotes, Reliance had a good price and were very professional. They did the install the next day, the installers were very good, made all the adjustments I needed and cleaned up after. Very happy with the service.

We had no heat...technician determined that we needed a new furnace. Sarah, Reliance Advisor came and explained our options. She was very experienced and helped us with questions that lead us to a decision we were very pleased with. She was so patient and gave us lots of time to decide a plan. Then she very efficiently gathered all the necessary information and arranged for out new furnace to be installed within 24 hours. We were very pleased with the service we received in such a courteous friendly efficient manner. Sarah was great. Thank you !!!

Today we hada service call regarding our water heater rental. The technician arrived well within the time frame quoted. He phoned a head to let us know his ETA. He was personable, professional and knowledgeable. He had the work completed in short order. Our experience with the Reliance technicians has been for the most part favorable. Our technician (A.McC) explained the service call in detail. We were impressed with his expertise and personable demeanor. He made what we thought was a huge problem into a quick fix. We believe he is very customer oriented and unfortunately this see this type of 'old fashioned service' is seen for too infrequently anymore.

Had annual maintenance done and Kyle was great, very polite and informative. Always explained what he was doing and also gave me some very useful information about my furnace and hot water tank. Great service...would highly recommend!

Your worker came to my place to fix a tub leak and was very helping pointing out that it was not a plumbOmg issue so much as poor tub install. We found his advice very helpful and he was able to fix our running toilets at the time even though the tub tiles all need to be replaced. Thanks for being so helpful and honest. I really appreciate the feedback he was able to provide and pointer for making sure the tub is fixed properly.
