    New Furnace Installation

    I had a new Furnace installed by Reliance Home comfort in March. They seemed to install it well and quite quickly so I was satisfied. The install manager called me and gave me his number and said if there were any issues to call him, I was very appreciative of the service at that point. When I went to turn my A/C on in May it didn't work. I called Reliance saying that something seemed off due to their install of the furnace, Reliance refused to come without charging me $180. I called another HVAC technician who came and told me that none of my A/C wires were connected to my Furnace when it was replaced. I called Reliance again and they didn't seem to believe me but eventually I got a technician to come out under the deal that if it was the wires not being connected I wouldn't be charged. Sure enough when he came out he noticed the wires were not reconnected when the Furnace was replaced but told me that he still had to charge me to reconnect them and I would have to take it up with the call centre. After a couple of months of battling I was able to get my money back for the reconnection of the A/C wires. I called the install manager multiple times and even wrote a letter but he never bothered to phone me back. My satisfaction rating would be even lower but at least they gave me a credit for the charge even though I had to battle heavily for it.

    Hot water issue

    Excellent service. Great to have phone call before arrival. Fast, efficient and professional. Very happy with the tech - Grayson. He was very knowledgeable. Examined system thoroughly and provided explanation for problem

    Reliance furnace service

    Had Reliance come in for a yearly check up for the first time as a first time home buyer. Reliance technician Girian had explained everything he had checked and educated me on what was happening to the furnace regarding rust from condensation from the pipes. He gave me the satisfaction that everything is good with my home and will keep continuing my monthly payments with Reliance.

    this is a service to member;did not pay. The technician - Carlo was pleasant , did a good job, he knows exactly what he is doing, company is fortunate to have good employee like him, reliance asse, that would mean more people would take reliance as part of their household. As soon as he came, after checking the condition of the reason of having a service, he was able to see what he needs to do. Good job and thumbs up for Carlo - technician; job doneon Dec 2, 2019

    Change furnace

    Instant action and excellent customer service. Next day installation. Negotiate what best offers that meets my expectations not buying what I dont need. That's it. Good experience and recommended to use

    Furnace and hot water tank

    Amazing service. I called reliance and they had Brandon carnegie come out next morning at 10am. Brandon was awesome. Within an hour he was able to arrange new furnace install the next day. 2 days later i calked him about my heater as i needed a power vent, he came by on a sunday and arranged install the next day.

    Boiler

    I signed a Consumer Home Comfort Rental Agreement. The crew removed my old hot water tank and replaced it with a boiler on-demand system. The salesman Gary and the Reliance crew were awesome, professional and very friendly.

    Toilet repair

    Work completed in a timely fashion and at a reasonable amount. Very professional and friendly technicians. Would definately recommend Rocco and Jordan again.. explained the situation clearly and completed work quickly and cleaned up area nicely..

    Replaced Hot Water Tank

    Tyler (Employee # 2392) was our technician today. He was excellent.... kind, helpful and courteous!! He installed the new hot water tank, explained everything and cleaned up. He made it look easy! He kept the floors clean by putting mats down through the house when bringing in the new and removing the old. Thank you Tyler. I also want to thank customer service who answered the call and put in the service order. He was very patient, kind and helpful. Only paid for a safety valve.

    A/C and Furnace replacement

    A/C not repairable due to refrigerant. Decided to replace the furnace at the same time. Work completed soon (July 31) after with a 10 year warranty. Also waived the A/C service fee. Both units have been working fine. Installers did leave a bit of a mess since they had to cut new holes in rafters to relocate the a/c. Also left some metal strappings and pipe. Finished areas of basement left in good shape.
