    Service

    Permanent solution requires a replacement of parts. Parts have been order and to be fixed after their delivery. In the interim, a workaround for providing hot water was provided. Thank you very much.

    Furnace Fixed

    It took a few times to diagnose the limit switches and the capacitor. Once changed the furnace was working as usual. Both Ringo and Steven Oh were helpful and explained what they were doing

    Profession, reliable Reliance employee I'd recommend

    Keith came to my place 2nd time already and even though I wish I didn't have to call for help he's the one I would like to come if help is needed. He's very professional and curious. Reliance has got an amazing employee and a great technician. He arrived within the agreed timeslot slot and determined the cause and fixed quickly.

    Furnace Repair

    My furnace broke and I was given a prompt time to have a technician come out. The technician Fadi fixed my furnace quickly and I was happy with the service provided. I would highly recommend Reliance.

    Furnace issues

    Very professional service and customer service by both techs were top notch .. Best 20 bucks a month ever spent on insurance for being safe in any season .. thank you to techs Ron and Alexander both very. Knowledgeable techs and highly recommend either coming to our home for service repairs .

    The service was efficient and courteous. The tech showed up on time and explained what the issues were and also showed me how best to deal with any ongoing concerns

    Furnace and AC

    Covered under Reliance Maintenance plan. Tech Bill RNK3744 did a great job and was pleasant. Took the time to check our AC and made some repairs. Very happy that our plan covered everything

    Provided excellent service

    Lewis came to our house to fix the fireplace and some other minor stuff. Everything is up and working within 10 minutes!! Really showed his professionalism and great customer service. Thank you so much.

    Water heater return

    The company gouges customers who discontinue their service: $150 termination fee (after 10 years of renting the water heater, so they have already recouped their installation costs), and they charge an additional $100 for the priviledge of the customer delivering their own equipment to them, in Burlington, and only during the working hours. If you go with this company, plan to be with them forever.

    Hot water heater breakdown

    Water heater was leaking. Called and they sent tech with a new unit same day. He called before arriving, providing an ETA. Arrived, was very polite and worked quickly and efficiently. Stayed to make sure all was working properly.
