Service man came over the morning after we called reliance. He was really kind and helpful. Fixed the issue and now we have hot water again! Was a very pleasant experience.

I called my previous HVAC technician to get me a quote for a new AC, he recommended 2 ton AC, then I read the reviews about Reliance, so I asked to get a quote too, the sales person, Jose can to my house did the measurements and recommended 1.5 ton AC... Now I don't know, who is right, my previous HVAC technician or Jose/Reliance... So I got another reputable company to get me a quote, this company recommended 1.5 ton AC, like what Jose recommended but the price was so high, so I went with Jose/Reliance. Jose was very professional, he spent the time to explain everything to me and answer all my questions in every time. Iain, the installation technician, was amazing too, he called me on his way to my house, and also answered all my questions. I really recommend Jose and Iain, Reliance in general, I will use them for all my future needs.

We have the Comfort Plus Maintenance plan. We have been loyal customers for the last 3 years. The service technicians are always polite and knowledgeable. Tim, our service technician took the time and extra care to inspect the furnace and air conditioner. He was helpful in answering our numerous questions and took the time to thoroughly explain what was needed. He gave us informative advice regarding our next steps in purchasing a new furnace and air conditioner. Thank you so much Tim! Peter from Reliance arrived to repair a leaky faucet in the kitchen and his service was amazing. He was polite, professional and did a great job in a very short timeframe. He is a very skilled plumber and very honest. I would highly recommend Reliance and if possible request Peter. You will not be disappointed. He will talk you through what needs to be done and the options you have as a homeowner. Thank you Peter!!

The sales representative Shefik was very helpful in assisting us in choosing the correct AC Unit for our house. The installation went ahead smoothly and the Techs left everything in good order when they left. Thanks Peter

Excellent service call and very complete inspection of furnace, air conditioner and hot water tank. Service technician was very friendly and efficient. Filter replaced and new motor installed on hot water tank because of excessive noise and worn bearings in existing motor I would give him 10/10

Technician was very knowledgeable and courteous! He informed me what symptoms and signs to look for in case the hot water tank quit again. And what to do and not to do if it did quit again!

After trying several companies no other company would agree to service our unit 'because they wouldn't service condo buildings '. Reliance did fortunately and Mike was our technician. Very thorough and explained many aspects to our system. Appointment was booked efficiently and no screw ups - being late etc. I would only use Reliance in future

Service tech was friendly fast and very helpful ontime and I’m very satisfied with the service I received and happy I got the protection plan it is well worth the money each month
