    Hot Water Heater

    Reliance rental hot water heater. No previous Problems. Service Tech arrived as per contact. Identified the problem, repaired in short order. Stayed for a period to ensure repair was proper.

    Air conditioner fix

    Cost was covered under my service plan. Reid was awesome. Quickly identified the problem and replaced the part. He also checked over the furnace ensuring it was running its best. Definitely makes me thankful to have the protection plan. Thanks Reid!

    Reliance new furnace and ac

    Very well service. Sales was smooth and very informative. The technicians that came to install worked VERY hard and did an excellent job. They made sure everything was working, put down carpets to not to dirty the basement, and got the job done fairly quickly. Overall, very happy.

    Dwayne was thorough, knowledgeable and courteous diring his furnace check. We talked about my furnace , its age, condition and suggestions for best performance. I could not have had a better experience as we talked and laughed a little through his stay.

    Called Reliance for my annual Furnace check up. All well and was advise of fact furnace was from 2007 and was a winter home installation based on rust etc. I was assured all was in good running order. Enjoyed the conversation with Dwayne, the technician, and am very satisfied with the service. He arrived on time despite road closures in my area and was very informative while he worked. GOOD JOB/WELL DONE.

    Hot water issue

    We called Reliance because we were getting cold water in our shower. We were able to get an appointment for the very next day, which was really great! The technician who came (Greydon) was excellent - polite, friendly, patient, professional and most importantly he was able to fix the issue. He made every effort to fix the issue! Very much appreciated! Thank you!

    Maintenance on furnace fan

    Service technician was wonderful, very knowledgable and helpful. Advised on other conditions of our heat / air flow. I would recommend this gentleman to anyone wanting superior service and advice. Not sure what else I can say..

    Excellent follow up for maintenance and staff are great

    Since I updated to our new furnace and ac we are a lot more comfortable in our house and there service it’s great we made the best choice. Excellent service

    Water heater installation

    Our water heater broke and the company we were renting from couldn’t fix it. I was told the earliest they could fix it was in 6 days! I called reliance and they were there within an hour and a half and had the water heater installed by 3 o’clock that day. We were so impressed with the service!

    AC inspection

    The service I had requested was the annual AC inspection. I like this service because I feel it’s a wise preventative choice. Joe #0297 attended early within the time bracket. He was very professional explaining each step as he worked. Very courteous and a great representative of your company.

    Rented water tank repair

    Woke up to take a shower and had not hot water. Called reliance early in the morning and had an appointment set up for afternoon repair. Tech Andrew can out, was quick to diagnose the issue and hadn’t the tank running in less than 15mins. Very happy with reliance quick service responsiveness.
