    Horrible Service for Rented Water Heater

    Water heater stopped working on Thurs. night. Called Friday morning for service. Technician came in good time but did not have the correct part. Said the part would be purolated to our home and he would be back that day to install it. He left our water heater disassembled and the main water shut off. It was 40C outside and we have kids and pets and no running water! The part did not come and the technician did not return. My husband called and they said to call back if the part did not come by 10am Saturday morning. No part came. My husband called back. They said the parts warehouse was closed and the part would not come until Monday. When my husband explained that the main water was still shut off and we would be without any running water in a heat wave, the woman on the phone got snippy with him. He asked her if someone could please come and do whatever was needed so we could at least have running water while we waited for the part. She said she could not put in another work order because the first one was still open??!! My husband explained again to her that we could not wash our hands, flush the toilets etc. and that we could not wait until Monday and she tried to argue with him. He asked to speak to a supervisor and she finally agreed to send a technician to get our water hooked up. No hot water until Monday though. Needless to say we will be looking elsewhere for our hot water needs! I hope anyone reading this will too.

    Heater

    Great service would reccomend to everyone my heatwr wasnt working but now it does. Definitelt would call back if it doesnt woek really thankful for the great great service thankyou

    Sales, Installation and Service Following AC Purchase

    Must commend Reliance Home Comfort for a thoroughly exemplary Sales, Installation and Service follow up experience, after acquiring a new High efficiency AC system. Every person we interacted with at Reliance, from our initial enquiry, to sales, to the installers , to customer relations, to field service, have been supportive, responsive and extremely helpful. Special thanks to Chris, for his outstanding and knowledgeable service follow up, this evening. We are highly satisfied and would unhesitatingly recommend Reliance.

    Hot water heater install

    Installer phoned before arrival and arrived within agreed upon window. Was polite & courteous. Fixed existing problem with gas line! Did not leave for someone else to deal with. Left area clean.

    Service- thermostat replacement

    The service tech was very knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. We are very pleased with the service he provided. Reliance was here less than 12 hours after we called for service.

    Check on heater

    We were told that a technician would be here between 1-5. The service technician arrived promptly at 1pm. We were not at the house, he attempted to call twice, I did not hear the phone. We arrived 15 min later. Abdullah was still waiting at the house. We were so grateful that he was still waiting He took the time to look at our heater and did some trouble shooting with us around what to expect and what to do if the water was leaking. Wonderful experience. Jen

    furnace motor

    The motor on the furnace was squealing badly so I phoned and Steve came out the next day. Ordered a new motor and it can that day. The plumber had to come and move the water heater as it was too close to the furnace to get the motor out, now everything is good.The guys were all great THANKS and fast and we're all good

    Nest thermostat / C-wire addition

    Nest Thermostat was exhibiting erratic behaviour with my A/C unit whereby it was ramping up and down repeatedly. In doing some research, we found that the Nest thermostat requires the addition of a C-wire. Contacted Travis at Reliance Home Comfort as per the Nest website. Travis came and added the extra module with no issues. Nest thermostat and my HVAC system work great now.

    Reliance hot water tank repair

    From the original phone call we made to address the leak in our hot water tank, to the technician, Kyle, who fixed the problem, we were very impressed with the service from Reliance. Kyle was very knowledgeable and patience when answering my questions. Definitely 10+/10!!

    Great Service Appointment

    Paul from Reliance came to perform a service appointment on our AC unit. He was punctual and very knowledgeable and friendly. Unit is working better than ever! Very happy with our appointment and our Maintenance Program package.
