    Furnace repair

    Furnace up and running in no time. Ian was of great help and took his time to explain everything. Also checked out the hot water tank and central air while he was here.

    Plumbing repair

    Very friendly and professional technicians and great service. Came right on time and did a great job with the plumbing repairs. The work done was of high quality. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

    Water heater replacement

    Service member Dillion attended and replaced my leaking water tank. Was prompt and efficient in his work. Very knowledgeable about companies products and maintenance. Dillion is a credit to the company. Job well done.

    Hot water tank repair.

    The repair person came on time and did a great job. He didn’t try to sell me another product and the person who answered the phone was efficient and helpful. We rent the hot water tank so no charge

    Hot water tank repair

    Our rental water heater stopped working. Reliance was onsite the following morning and the repair was completed quickly. Service call was easy to schedule and Peter was very professional and courteous onsite. Great service, overall a very easy company to work with!

    Reilance is Great and Reliable

    I am very happy with the maintenance contracts I have. Reliance is always quick to respond and do great work. Had a faucet installed recently and it was coming loose so Reliance sent service tech #4532 Carlo and Manager Ed to fix the issue and they were very professional and helpful. Would recommend Reliance for sure.

    Hot water tank repair

    Repairman, Ian, arrived right on time, same morning of me calling. My hot water tank wasn't lighting up. Ian was very nice, cleanly, and explained everything to me as he went along. A part needed to be replaced, which was all done in less than an hour. I am very grateful for his help and service!

    Electrical service today

    Thank you reliance for the electric service today. Great to have peace of mind again. Your electrician was amazing and very patient while explaining the issue, what the fox was and what to watch for in the future if it occurs again

    Water heater repair

    Kyle came to investigate a periodic loud noise from our rented water heater. He completed the service professional and kept me informed of possible problems. 6 hrs after Kyle had left we notice the water tank was still running. I called customer service and was very frustrated with the lack of concern and the offer of a 2 day out appt - I was out of service and it was a follow up from todays appt. Kyle had given me his card and I left message on his Cell (8pm). He responded immediately and arrange to come the next day to investigate. Kyle came after work today (I had to work all day) and repaired new problem. Thanks, Kyle

    AC Installation

    Maroun and Ryan installed the Carrier 5000 into our terrace home and we couldn't have been more happy with their service. Thank you so much for doing such a great job.
