    Water softner removal

    Cory was very nice and respectful. Clean andcourteous. Very nice to talk to and deal with. Very knowledgable . Cory came in and removed water softener. Had no issues at all

    HVAC maintenance (annual plan)

    "Corey" was prompt, efficient & gave some valuable information about my HVAC system of which I was not aware. Discussed it is nearing it's end-of-life stage (15+ years) & replacement. Also about 18 month deferred payment plan currently being offered. Exceptional service.

    AC, Water Heater and Humidifier

    Reliance came and installed an air conditioner, water heater, and humidifier. It wasn’t without its issues because the job wasn’t completed the first time and it took several phone calls to get the problem remedied. Not crazy about the humidifier either. New model I hear cycling in and off all the time when the furnace is on. Probably get them back to check it.

    Service on hot water heater

    Very quick and professional service. Jeff showed up on time and was very friendly and professional. He offered advice and asked about my needs. Great overall experience as Jeff had peak attitude for work.

    Water heater

    Very good service today from Trevor, he was very friendly and professional. Also explained information on the new water heater in easy terms and left area clean and finished his work efficiently

    Plugged toilet

    Young man that came today was very courteous and efficient. Toilet was plugged unclogged in no time and cleaned some of the mess from coming into my tub was very appreciated

    Furnace

    Abdul was on time and completed the job in no time. He was polite and efficient, I would recommend him highly. Reliance should be pleased to have him on board. Susan Foley

    Amazing service

    We called Reliance when the furnace stopped pumping out warm air, and the woman on the line was lovely, and she gave us an appointment the following day, a Sunday. She let us know about some options we had, but there wasn't ever any pressure to agree to extra costs. The next morning, James showed up first thing and withing minutes we had heat again. He was very thorough and checked everything over, let us know about some things to look for if the problem happens again, and educated us on when we should be looking to replace vs. fix the furnace. He was professional, and was clearly committed to getting us back up and running.

    Hot Water Heater

    Hotter went on the blink one evening. Reliance sent out someone (Steve) early next afternoon. He called when we were next in line and showed up exactly when he said he would. He was fast, efficient and polite. He also showed us the calcification in the old valve that he replaced. Excellent service!

    air conditioner

    installation still needs some repair work outside work was completed well Inside - not so go called for further service to repair a leak in chimney, still waiting for a return of service team to fix pipes installed in basement
