Tyler was the penultimate fine sales consultant who guided us through the exercise, including supervision of the installation. The installation was completed within 3 days of signing the sales contract, and the techs arrived on the arranged time. Highly recommended.

I had the man come to repair my hot water tank today and it was done in a quick amount of time, he was also available to be at my house 1/2 hour early which helped me out a great deal.

Came to fix the issue right away. Very polite and knowledgeable. Took care of the issue with little disruption to my day. We will we will rock you. Sing it.

The service tech was there at the appointed time. He was most cordial, answering all questions and not talking down to the customer. Overall, quick prompt reliable service. No problem with the maintenance program from Reliance.

The technician was prompt, efficient, and went above and beyond to explain, and answer any questions that I had, In regards to how things worked and how I could improve my own comfort.Always have a great experience with Reliance.

I have HVAC coverage through Reliance ($20 / mo, hence the cost listed with this review). I reported an issue with the furnace. Reliance sent out Matt, who was attentive and quickly diagnosed the issue. He quickly repaired it and remained absolutely professional throughout. He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. 30 minutes later I was back up and running. This would have been a 10 star review were it not for the fact that I reported this issue to Reliance a few weeks earlier and they did not appear in the 5-hour window they gave me (I received a call at the 5-hour mark saying they were going to be late, but I could not wait around any longer). That was frustrating -- and I also think that they could take a lesson from a certain cable company who has a much better system for dispatch (i.e., estimating time of arrival, tracking dispatch, etc.).

Called Reliance to check out my old furnace. Unfortunately it would cost more to repair than replace. They explained my options and gave the quotes. Very pleased with the outcome and professionalism.

Had to get my furnace replaced and Reliance was there when i needed them and the sales person went the extra mile and loaned us 2 space heater to keep our home warm until install of new furnace happened. We were quite happy with the experience.

Errol came over, on time and completed the Spring maintenance on my rental equipment. He was easy to deal with completed his work efficiently. Filters have been changed AC condenser cleaned, ready for another year.

I had the service person “Scott” to my house for the scheduled service....he was great - very informative and checked everything. When he was done he put a sticker on the furnace just showing how it was serviced.....
