Control of our 22 year old furnace was failing intermittently and Tech., 'Roy' troubleshot it on Tuesday under our maintenance warranty plan - great service, timely response and evident expertise and troubleshooting experience. Ordered the main board, but also, at his suggestion and with our concurrence we agreed to talk with a system expert, to see if we might be interested in seeing what options might serve us better. 'Scott' contacted us later that day and we met with him on Wednesday - he was accommodating of our schedule and arrived on-time, with advanced confirmation. He examined our system, house layout - a challenging mid-century side-split, and most importantly listened to our experience with the existing system winter and summer, potential home modifications we're considering and then reviewed his thoughts in detail. He recognized serious issues with the existing system, particularly in light of the new equipment available today which could deliver much better performance and with very, very significant power savings, given we need/prefer to maintain adequate airflow (fan running) on an continuous basis. Scott's obvious technical knowledge and expertise, coupled with extensive experience and straight forward and easy communication ability resulted in my considering this to be one of the best consultations I've had, personally or professionally (technical work place), - without any sales 'pressure', geared to and respectful of my need for technical detail and comprehensive review of economic considerations for such a major purchase - a true professional. The detailed options presented allowed us to move forward quickly with replacement of our system, feeling we were doing so with our best interest being served. Scott was able to address installation timing constraints for us and the next day we had 'Rob' and 'Gage' deliver one of the most satisfying installations of such equipment we've experienced. The equipment is in, performing as/better than expected (AC will have to wait until temp. rise to confirm). I can't say enough good things about our experience with a group that all demonstrated in-depth knowledge, experience, respect for the customer and a work ethic, workmanship and delivery that is too often lacking in today's world. We couldn't be happier.
