    Wayer tank replacement

    Quick to set up service call for water tank inspection and replacement. The team that did the work were very informative and did excellent work in a timely, tidy fashion. Thanks Amandeep

    Water tank repair

    Greg and Kevin came within the time window and called prior to being in the area. Prompt work and corrected the issue while telling me what was to be done and the cause of the problem from their knowledge.

    Furnace and air conditioning

    Stephen and Mat install furnace and AC unit today did a great job, thank you and will replace hot water tank asap. They worked well together efficiently while I worked from home.

    Outstanding

    Today, I had an extremely great experience with Reliance employees. They treated me with respect, friendliness and good humour. They worked fast, efficiently and with care, expertise, and reliability. I have never seen anything like them. They were so helpful teaching me about my new system, but very patient. These guys deserve a huge raise!! Thank you Nancy

    Toilet repair

    Great friendly service.on time .In and out in 15 minuted.Well worth the money.He was on time.Fixed a leaky Sind in the kitchen that has been giving me trouble for a long time.

    Water heater repair

    I was no longer getting hot water in the house. Reliance sent the repair team to my house within 2 days. The two gentlemen introduced them selves took the time to make sure there shoes were covered and clean. Explained what they were doing and how they were going to repair the water heater. Once the Job was complete they tested the water temperature and once again explain what had happened and what the next steps would be if the problem reoccurred. Very positive experience.

    Service on toilets

    We had a great experience today with Aaron. He was very kind and very informative. We really appreciated all his patience because my parents have a bit of a language barrier. He did his job beautifully and i must say you definitly need more workers like Aaron. He is an asset to your company.

    High Efficiency Furnace and humidifier

    From sales to installation the Reliance staff were knowledgeable, informative and professional. The installers were top notch working efficiently, while being courteous and considerate to me the homeowner. I am so assured that I made the right decision on such a major product for my home.

    Unreliable Reliance

    Unlireable Reliance has gone from bad to worse update since my first review…I was doing my best to be patient before sharing the outcome of that visit but we have lost heat and hot water again. Since our service call last Wednesday March 27th, we have had no solution proposed other than we are awaiting for your departments to "communicate". The technician was surprised that there wasn't a mixing valve? That there wasn't a relay installed? He also questioned why did they simply replace the control board? Approximately 10 technicians, both third party and your employees did not question this nor think to install? When he measured our temperature the meter read a fluctuation between 82 -108 degrees’ difference WITHOUT changing the valve. One brilliant solution by one of the other tech's was to try cleaning our pipes.... simply frightening a paid professional. I am certain the sales person Ali has long since been paid his commission for this unit while we continue to suffer, freeze, get burned in the shower and have our lives completely disrupted! NOt to mention loss of personal days, income and increase in other house bills as a result. Everything continues to NOT WORK the same - no pressure, scalding temperature, loss of heat and loss of hot water.....yet I can not get a solution. This has been going on for almost 5 months and has to be rectified. You will be hearing from me until I am satisfied and my family is safe.

    Emergency furnace repair- not reliable

    we are long-time customers of Reliance. So when our furnace stopped working after having the ducts cleaned this Saturday, that is who we called to come fix the furnace. My husband made the call Saturday evening and we were given the next available time of Monday between 1-5pm. A member of household stayed home to let the technician in - but no one showed up. Around 5:30pm when my husband called to inquire and get the next time slot this evening, he was told we would have to wait until tomorrow afternoon. He requested to speak with a manager (after being on the phone with the scheduler for several minutes), but when he finally was able to speak to the manager to escalate our request, he was told that the office closes at 6pm. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of responsiveness and poor customer service of Reliance Home Comfort. This is not a regular furnace cleaning - we have no heat and we have young children. If the company offers to repair the furnace for free (or at reduced cost), I will update my review. Otherwise i would be wary of using them for emergency repair - they are not reliable. Update: the company technician did come on the second appointment day and did not charge for repairs, so I have adjusted my rating. I still would not recommend, i do not think it is professional to not show up for scheduled appointments. But I am grateful that the company did not charge for the service and we once again have a warm house!
