Unlireable Reliance has gone from bad to worse update since my first review…I was doing my best to be patient before sharing the outcome of that visit but we have lost heat and hot water again. Since our service call last Wednesday March 27th, we have had no solution proposed other than we are awaiting for your departments to "communicate". The technician was surprised that there wasn't a mixing valve? That there wasn't a relay installed? He also questioned why did they simply replace the control board? Approximately 10 technicians, both third party and your employees did not question this nor think to install?
When he measured our temperature the meter read a fluctuation between 82 -108 degrees’ difference WITHOUT changing the valve.
One brilliant solution by one of the other tech's was to try cleaning our pipes.... simply frightening a paid professional.
I am certain the sales person Ali has long since been paid his commission for this unit while we continue to suffer, freeze, get burned in the shower and have our lives completely disrupted! NOt to mention loss of personal days, income and increase in other house bills as a result. Everything continues to NOT WORK the same - no pressure, scalding temperature, loss of heat and loss of hot water.....yet I can not get a solution. This has been going on for almost 5 months and has to be rectified. You will be hearing from me until I am satisfied and my family is safe.
