    New water heater

    Kyle, from reliance came and installed a new water heater for me and I am overall very satisfied with the service. He was very polite and courteous when coming in and out of my home. He left the area clean after the job was finished and answered any questions or concerns I had with the new tank. Note to Reliance and not Kyle as he did a wonderful job- I was not happy to pay for the updated pipes that are required for new tanks as I pay service fees quarterly and I feel this should be part of the services.

    Water heater Replacement

    Our water heater broke, and we were out of hot water. The company itself was not able to get us a technician until the second day. However, we got a good technician. The technician, Kylle, only had a 50 gallon tank but since we had our tank was a 60 gallon tank, he went out of his way to get us the same size tank. He quickly replaced the tank and did a clean job at that, thank you so much

    Leaky pipe in basement

    Reliance was very efficient in responding to the plumbing issue I had called about. Once here, they explained the problem to me, and repaired a small leak in a basement pipe. While on this service call, they also corrected a problem with my kitchen faucet. The technicians were professional and courteous. I am very glad that I had purchased the plumbing protection plan.

    Hot Water Tank Replacement/ New Furance

    Want to thank Casey for his excellent work in changing out our Hot water tank, and explaining everything to us. Also want to thank Wendy for helping us select the correct new furnace. She answered all our questions, and concerns. Want to thank Ryan for the furnace change out, and the way he explained everything to us. Thanks Reliance.

    Service

    WE had a problem with hot water. Technician come next day at convinient time, detected problem and fixed it on place. Everything was done at short time and with good quality.

    AC, furnace and hot water tank

    Fantastic service, clean, fast. Had all three products changed. AC, furnace and water tank. All brand new lines and wires. Upgraded to 5” furnace filter and added the humidifier. Great price for a 10 year warranty.

    Thank you Peter with Reliance

    Peter attended my home to diagnose a hotwater issue with an older tank. He went above and beyond what I would expect him to have done. He was professional, polite and thorough. As the primary "face of your company", Peter exemplifies what I would want in an employee.     Reliance review

    Reliance installed my new air conditioner last year. This year I had water leaking into my basement ( causing expensive damage ) and the repair requires excavation in the area of the A/C unit. I commissioned Reliance to move it for me. Their response to my problem was prompt and professional. The work is yet to be done but I don’t appreciate any problems. Reliance has taken a little stress off me at this difficult time.

    Furnace Repair

    Richard #1568 was absolutely amazing. He showed up a few minutes earlier than expected with a cheerful attitude despite us being his last work order on a Saturday. He listened patiently to our heating adventures and started working on trying to get us some heat. He had to do multiple trips to his van for parts and it took nearly 2 hours but he never gave up! We are so glad we got the protection program and even more grateful for technicians like Richard who make it worthwhile.

    Furnace and AC

    Darius from reliance came by my house and he was very detailed explaining to me about my furnace and ac so he advice me offering the best solution at a lower cost and more beneficial for me . As well explaining the new product . As a customer for me I was very pleased knowing the fact the Darius was very knowledgeable about the products that Reliance home comfort offers to customer.
