    Air Conditioner Service call # 5452674 - HBO

    The gentleman named Abdul came to attend this call. He came in time and did a fantastic job. He knew his job well and had the right approach going about it. Easy discussion and explanation of what he is going to do.

    Furnace AC Repair

    AC broke down while on vacation. Reliance was contacted at 9pm on a Saturday and sent a repairmen the next morning. Repairman, Nick, fixed the issue quickly and efficiently.

    Furnace , AC, water heater replacement

    Reliance team performed a complete replacement of our major appliances ( furnace system, AC, water heater) The installer were professional and clean. Brittany was our agent. She is the best. I will definitely recommend them.

    New Heating & AC Consultation

    The Reliance sales consultant visited with me and went over all of the options for my heating and Air condition, Water softener needs. She was very professional and very thorough in her explanations of the various products and options available to me. I was very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism. I highly recommend this company.

    Installation of heat pump and new furnace

    From the beginning of this process our Sales Rep, Cam was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. He explained the process and the new heat pump and the potential government rebate. Reliance helped us find an energy auditor who was also knowledgeable and helpful. Adam and Bill arrived on time for the installation. They walked me through each step, showing me what they had done, ensuring I knew how the new thermostat worked before they left. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and hardworking. I would happily use them again.

    Hot water tank issues stouffville

    Tech offered solutions for my hot water tank not working due to a valve issue. Very happy with results and promptness.

    false promises

    installation was excellent. however I was promised an air conditioning cover with the installation but it was never received. I called reliance twice to follow up and was told the manager would call me back asap to resort this but this never happened. False advertisement and promises. Very disappointed.

    Excellent Service

    Technician was very knowledgeable and answered our questions in a professional manner. I've never had a problem with Reliance Home Comfort service.

    Water heater
