    Service call 5649519 Air Conditioning Unit Failure.

    08/03/2023 Technician reported that air-conditioner needed a new compressor (currently back-ordered) or total replacement. 08/04/2023, I have not heard from Reliance for resolution and timing of failed air-conditioning unit (installed new Oct. 2018) Technician left me his phone number for follow-up. I left a voice mail yesterday and another one today, I have not received call back. Long hot weekend is here and I have no air....

    Heat pump and furnace installation

    The installers where fantastic, very clean work, answered any questions I had and made sure the site was completely clean before leaving.

    Great service

    I had my old HVAC replaced with a new one - both Shaleem and Justin were fantastic: professional, thorough and attentive. Would definitely recommend to all my friends.

    Maintenance plan for plumbing with reliance

    We have multiple maintenance protection plan with reliance home comfort. Our bathroom faucet lever was getting a bit stiff so we thought we had a protection plan with reliance so why not have them look at the issue. This is where everything went wrong. The technician came in, investigated the problem and went to work to change the cartridge. In doing so he ended up breaking the old cartridge and was not able to find a replacement. So then we were forced to buy a brand new faucet and on top of that reliance was asking us to pay for installation. How is that fair. We are already paying per month for the protection plan, plus the only reason we had to buy the new faucet was because he broke it. This is so disappointing. We waited for 5 days working with the resolution team, Eric in particular, to look at the issue and he comes back with a cost of $75 for installation. 5 days without using the bathroom faucet, in a house hold of 5 people. This is ridiculous!!! So disappointing.

    Trane Heat Pump Furnace

    Ordered a Trane Heat pump and furnace through Reliance. Amir from their sales team was great, very professional and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond for us. Our Ac unit was out and he made sure they could source the equipment immediately. Amir kept in contact with us through the whole purchasing process and explained the products in great detail. Amir is truly an asset to the Reliance team. The prices and quality of the brands they carry are superior.

    HVAC Installation

    Today two gentlemen came from Reliance Home Comfort to install our HVAC system. Let me tell you, I think they came from another planet. They were so polite and humble. They have the knowledge of their product. They have the skill to execute the task. They explain every little detail regarding the operation of the HVAC. They made minimum mess in house and in the end, they clean thoroughly the area. I wish I can mention their names, but I didnt get their consent. I gave them 110 out of 100 and they deserve it. Thank you for doing the excellent job.

    Service call

    Bryan from the Cambridge office is a very caring and knowledgeable service tech. I was concerned with the noise of my air conditioner fan. Bryan cleaned the condenser which took care of the noise issue and also walked me through the operation of the unit. He also gave me tips on how to save energy. Hes definitely a keeper!!

    Annual Maintenance Service call

    Maintenance person noticed that the water valve on our humidifier hadnt been turned on at installation (2 years ago). He turned it on and now humidifier will work properly this winter. He also noticed that our water heater was from 2006 and should be replaced. He also recommended the size we should replace it with. He put in a call for someone to contact us regarding replacing the water heater. I was very satisfied with the service call.
