    Clogged Sink

    Discovered this morning my kitchen sink was clogged, called Reliance and they had someone here and the problem solved by 1pm. Have the Plumbing Protection Plan and with this one issue alone, I've probably saved money this year. Quick & Reliable.

    Knowledgeable Representative

    Appointment with Representative, Allen, went very well as we were given all the buying or rental options with the new Air Conditioning unit that we need. Our questions were answered and every step was explained in a clear manner. We would like to be dealing with the same personnel should we need to contact Reliance for another equipment in the future.

    Water Heater

    The technician by the name Martin, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained issue in a way that was easy to understand. He answered questions well and gave good suggestions. I rate his the quality of his service 5 out 5.

    Hot Water Tank Replacement

    Our old water tank quit working on Sunday. We had been waiting on another company for an inspection. This ended up taking place on Wednesday. When we realized it needed to be fully replaced, we contacted Reliance to have the work done. Randall and his partner were so fast to fit us in and got it changed quickly. We are grateful for the fast turn around.

    AC Work

    My experience with the employees from Reliance is that they are helpful, reliable, and knowledgeable about the work done. Collin was respectful and very tidy with cleaning after taking apart my furnace and he also explained to me about another solution for my AC. I appreciate the work the company does to help their customers.

    Best service man ever

    needed routine maintenance and this wonderful man and very pleasant just did an amazing job he went above his call of duty . he explained and was very knowledgeable. Bravo Reliance keep the good work , after all you are as good as your employees. His name is Ezer Abergil. you need more of him.

    Fast and friendly Service

    Damaged Furnace

    Our furnace was leaking onto our newly renovated flooring, called to request service. A technician arrived to repair it and replaced a pump but did not turn on the unit to test afterwards. The unit began leaking again and service was requested once again. The same technician arrived on site and stated that the unit was damaged and a hazard and shut it down. This was a week and a half ago and we are still left without resolve. We were advised that the furnace is damaged due to the duct work being improperly installed; which was leaking into the furnace. We had paid the unit off in full, however still have the Home Comfort Care. We have gotten zero answers as to how to proceed, endless phone calls, emails that are not responded to, besides one telling us it is our problem and it will not be replaced. This being due to the fact that it was not serviced during COVID-19. During this time all communication was changed and reminder emails/phone calls were no longer being sent to clients which has now voided the entire warranty on our unit, that is only 4 years old. I find this absolutely unprofessional, and very questionable. You are unable to get any answers, we are continuously told that a supervisor will call us back, with no phone call. One day last week someone called to say our unit would be replaced at no cost between the hours of 4-8pm, which was entirely false information and a technician was being sent and asked us what had been happening without any background knowledge. When asked about this replacement, there was no record of the call according to the agent we spoke to. A 2nd opinion from another HVAC company found that the evaporator coil and drain pan were installed incorrectly which led to the water spilling into it and destroying it. For a warranty that is supposed to be 10 years to be voided due to COVID-19, and not having an annual inspection done is beyond my comprehension, and the maintenance would not have fixed the initial installation issue, which is the cause of the problem. I have never dealt with a company that lacks communication between employees, and their clients. We have endlessly tried to resolve this over the last week and a half, and to be quite honest, good business practice should not require the client to chase down an answer. Due to the improper installation, there is damage to the newly installed flooring, and we have been without AC for almost two weeks while getting this runaround from customer service. I will not recommend this company nor give a good review until they are able to align their business practice to the needs of their client, and fix their response rate and lack of communication.

    Service & Pricing

    They are great with their pricing. Cheaper than most other businesses and their service is fantastic on their rental products. I make a call or text my salesman and he has servicemen here within a day or two. Depending on how busy they are of course. But I've had no problem getting quality service right away.
