    Stay away from this trap

    I've bought a furnace from this company cash in 2016, 10 years parts and labor warranty for about 5 thousand dollars. I've had ongoing problems with the equipment over the past two years and anytime I call this annoying customer service they can't even find my contract and either my warranty. This is hands down the worst company I've ever dealt with in my entire life. Never, never, never buy anything from this company. If you even decide to rent anything with them, bear in mind the nightmare you will drive yourself into.

    Water softner, RO and iron filter

    Fantastic service, fixed my water problems and saved me money. We have very hard water and my current system wasn't doing the job. They explained everything in detail, installed and set up the new sytem quickly. Extreamly happy with the service provided.

    Furnace Annual Maintenance

    Efficient, effective and completed expeditiously. Serviceman was friendly. All in all a great call. Highly recommend Reliance and in particular our serviceman. No issues with the call or how it was conducted.

    Furnace fix

    Thank you to MandY and Jessica for helping my and getting a tech tommy house so fast! I appreciate your help. Thank you to Mark for coming out and taking the time to get us heat. I appreciate his hard work and for being such a nice guy! Mark is a great tech. Thank you all for the great service.

    Tankless hot water tank

    So happy to have a tank less hot water tank now!. Instal was smooth. The two gentleman were excellent and answered all of my questions. Thank you very much. Melissa

    Plumbing

    I highly recommend adding the plumbing protection to your heating and/or air conditioning plan. I've had issues such as slow drains, and, today, leaky faucets and broken toilet handles fixed without having to pay out-of-pocket. The peace of mind is well-worth the extra few dollars a month. As always, Reliance service was top-notch: friendly, considerate, and very capable plumbers and techs. Thanks again, Chris.

    Excellent Customer Service

    Our furnace broke down and the next day Kyle was sent out to conduct an assessment, he carefully explained what was wrong and we were referred to Dean for our further assessment. Dean was very friendly, and carefully explained everything to us - what went wrong, what we need to fix, and any possible solutions. He was very attentive and answered all questions that we had, presented all options and costs and was very honest and open. We really appreciated his help.

    Prompt and reliable

    We are selling our house. The inspector of the buyer told us that our furnace room has gas leak. We called Reliance on next day after the home inspection. Reliance immediately transferred our call to Enbridge and sent a technician to check our water heater. The smell of the gas leak came from the burner of the water heater. The technician came in the early morning of the other day and quickly cleaned and fixed the problem. Thank you very much for the prompt services!

    Water heater removal

    Kulwinder was on time and did a wonderful product removal.called in advance to meet my schedule and did my job first as I had to take an unpaid day off to coordinate the removal.

    Water Heater Issue

    Dylan from Reliance was amazing. Friendly, efficient and explained what was wrong. He had our heater fixed in record time. We had been out of hot water for almost a day but he got here first thing on a Saturday morning To get us back up and running. Regardless if you rent or buy Reliance is a great choice for service!
