    Hot water heater

    Hot water tank (rental) stopped working, called reliance in the morning and they were here before dinner. The problem was fixed within minutes. The technician (Greg) was profession and courteous.

    AIR CONDITIONER

    Reliance have worst customer service in Canada, that why you are loosing so many customer. I was billed for product that I cancelled with in 6 days wow horrible mess.

    New Furnace and AC

    The installers Matt M., Andy A., and Dean C., were all very professional. Everyone had their own job to do and were done in excellent time. They called before coming and arrived at the time they said. They were all friendly and answered any question I needed to ask. Reliance is a fantastic company to deal with, and I would recommend them to anyone needing service, on their furnace AC or water tank. The sales lady was very friendly and not a high pressured sales person. Donna I. was fantastic.

    Furnace, AC and Water Heater replacement and buyout

    I was very satisfied with the removal o my old Reliance HVAC and WH units in October 2018 and replacing them for the new AMANA 5000 system. The sales rep Liz N. did very exceptional job. She was responsive to my requests and went over my expectations during the process of sales negotiations. She also did support me during the installation process. After clarifying some technical issues with the thermostat the London Reliance tech personnel was finally able to connect it to the internet. The hardware installation was pretty smooth, very clean and on time. A great team work under Liz's supervision. Thanks to all of you for the pleasant experience.

    Softnerr Install

    Thanks Donald and Cameron for the install. It was on time and hassle free I would recommend to others looking for great service that is available on call. Thanks. I will definitely recommend.

    Ignored a 3.5k New AC-Heat Pump Sale

    I had to buy a new AC/Heat Pump for my condo. Sent an advisor who was misinformed (they told him my unit was commercial, not residential). Couldn’t get back to me w/ a quote. Ended up buying from a diff company. If these guys won’t acknowledge a $3.5 k sale (I was ready to buy asap), how can anyone trust them? Kept telling me they will “return my calls within an hour”. That was over a week ago. Shame on you Reliance. Don’t waste ppl’s time.

    Service

    The service was great and efficient the guys were knowledgeable and polite. I would recommend Reliance to anyone. The time response was great and the time to repair was also quick thankyou

    Furnace

    Excellent customer service . Your respresentative was very polite and knowledgeable , he did ask me about updating my equipment but I’m not in a position at this time .. great job

    Furnace Replacement

    Old Furnace went down. Landlord had these guys in for a quote the next morning. New Furnace installed the following day. Took about 3 hours total. Very professional. Cleaned up and took all old equipment with them. Very Satisfied with the Service Level.
