Our 36 year old Clare furnace was on its way out bi decided I would need to get a new one before the cold really hit. I thought I’d be financing however our Reliance guy (Jeff Parsons) went through all the options and explained everything so thoroughly and we decided, based on everything we heard, to rent. The process was so quick and easy and very informative and I have a brand new efficient furnace. I would recommend Reliance and their amazing rental program. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received and would highly recommend meeting with Jeff. He’s great!!

Jake Rideout was exceptional. He was thorough and informative and really cared about making sure I understood what the condition of the furnace was. He was on time, very tidy and efficient. A great customer experience that changed my opinion of this company.

Jonathan and Matthew were wonderful installers. They were punctual and professional. They were working in 60 year old basement and needed creativity to find a solution to the pipe fitting and did a beautiful job, leaving the basement cleaner than they found it!

Called Reliance today for a plumbing problem as we have the insurance for same. Was surprised that we were sent a technician within a couple of hours. Kyle was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us. He was very friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. We would definitely want him to look after any future problems.

We had Brent G come out to give our heating system a check. He was professional and thorough. He gave his honest assessment and it put our minds to ease. I'd highly recommend his services to anyone.

This happened at my parents house. They barely have any heat in the house we walked in it’s 64 I called for service November 28 Reiliance was able come out at 8am November 29 found out the issues was Motor of the furnace seized cannot be repaired Glenn Bersuk was in and out less then an hour.

I recently made a decision to switch companies. Reliance facilitated a white glove end-to-end seamless switch from a new agreement to a quick scheduled time to install, to the physical install and then taking care of the return of my old water tank to my old provider. All service folks were very customer service centric and as a result was a pleasure dealing with them all.
